We would like to give a special mention for ( Furkan Koç ) who has been incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He always anticipates our needs and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for us. It is truly rare to meet someone so thoughtful and dedicated. His kindness has made our stay even more enjoyable. We are having a wonderful stay, and we sincerely appreciate everything he has done for us. Thank you so much!!!

It definitely is so magical and the best place to stay. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Damla in guest relations so helpful and kind. Furkan lobby bar is great too. Mahmut FNB is brilliant too. Definitely can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful family stay in August. The hotel experience was excellent, but what really made our stay special was the staff. A special thank you to Fatma from the restaurant, who was always smiling, helpful, and very proactive. She took great care of my daughters, especially one of them who has food allergies. She always made sure everything was safe and suitable for her, which gave us great peace of mind. Also, a big thank you to Omar from Guest Relations for his excellent support and hospitality, and to ceren from the lobby bar, who was always welcoming, helpful, and provided outstanding service. Overall, a memorable experience for our family. The kids absolutely loved it, and the staff made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back again.

Really lovely stay, excellent with my littlest ones allergies. Very generous and lots for the kids to do. Would definitely recommend.
