Absolutely fantastic holiday, we had 11 nights here. TUI manager Anja was brilliant, attentive and genuinely cared about our experience at this hotel. The staff from managers to cleaners are amazing, food and drinks great. The bar staff round the pool on wheelies were so funny. We had a great holiday.Thanks to everyone at TUI Blue Maviss 💙

Hi ....where do I start this hotel has so much potential but never a 5 star...I myself work in construction new builds and This hotel has so many building issues considering it's only opened for a few months 6/10... Food.... Restaurant is very clean food plenty full but with very little variety and gets very repetitive even after a day or two had raw chicken served on one night got picture to prove this . 4/10 ... Day time entertainment... Always got something going on like darts bowls water polo etc very good 9/10 omer from the entertainment team was brilliant 10/10 Night entertainment very good live music twice a week quiz games karaoke nights dancers etc 9/10 Bars.. Staff is very overwhelmed and need more staff ....long queues....but really try they best and always got a smile and have a bit of banter with you great cocktails great beers and for the vodka full full measures lol would be 10/10 but for the queue 7/10 Sports bar.... Not a sports bar being 2 hour in front of the UK if there is a late kick off game they will knock it off at 11pm ... 9pm UK time and put a disco or DJ on when asked just to leave just one tv on in the back round I was told no really bad entertainment management with bad attitude 0/10 My honest opinion this hotel needs a big wake up call otherwise it's going to get bad reviews in the future. ..I can only write what we experienced I'll not be returning very soon and if I did it would not be for 14 night hardly or if any restaurants near by but a excellent market a 5 minutes walk away so much more to mention ....beach stream room sauna etc all 9/10 Overall 5/10

Just arrived home after a two-week stay at this hotel, and overall we had a really lovely time. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spacious, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. However, I personally don’t feel it quite meets the standard of a 5-star hotel yet. There are a few small jobs and areas that I feel need addressing, especially considering the hotel has only been open for around four months and is brand new. During our stay, we had a storm and noticed that part of the ceiling in the downstairs lobby started to bulge. I was quite shocked to see this in such a new hotel. Around the pool area, there were also some chipped panels which could potentially be dangerous, particularly with young children running in and out of the pool area. Hopefully these things will be addressed as the hotel continues to develop. 🍹 Bar Staff The bar staff were all really friendly and helpful. A special mention to Mohammed, who worked at the pool bar. He was fantastic at making cocktails, always very friendly and went out of his way to provide great service. There was one incident in the upstairs lobby bar which unfortunately left us quite shocked. One of the male bar staff was having a laugh and joke with us when a female member of the bar staff slapped him across the face. I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but I did report the incident to the manager on site. Thankfully, the young man was okay, but regardless of what was happening, this was very inappropriate, particularly in front of hotel guests. The bars could also definitely benefit from having more staff. During both the day and especially in the evenings, the bars were often very busy and you could sometimes be waiting around 10 minutes for a drink. The queues did move fairly quickly, but having some additional staff would definitely help. There was a great variety of alcoholic drinks, cocktails, juices and soft drinks, so there was always plenty of choice if you fancied something different. 🎭 Entertainment Team A huge thank you to Ömer, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. He was always smiling, made us feel comfortable and really encouraged us to get involved with the entertainment. He would regularly make the effort to come and see us and genuinely helped make our holiday more enjoyable. Ömer worked incredibly hard every day and, on occasions, seemed to be managing activities on his own without much support. Despite this, he always gave everything his best. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Yasin, the entertainment manager. I found him to be very uninteractive with guests and he seemed to spend a lot of his time walking around recording activities rather than actually engaging with people. He also often appeared quite grumpy. We joked that he was the perfect AI man 🙈😂. I do think the entertainment team would benefit from having a manager who is more involved and engaging with guests. The entertainment team also seemed quite short-staffed, particularly considering the number of different activities taking place in different areas throughout the day. More staff would definitely help spread the workload and allow the team to provide even more activities and interaction with guests. 🛏️ Rooms The rooms were lovely, modern, spacious and extremely clean. The minibar was restocked every single day, which was a great touch, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day and we genuinely had no complaints about the room. 🍽️ Food There was a good variety of food available and everything we had was generally delicious. However, over a 14-night stay, it did become quite repetitive towards the end, although I think this is probably understandable when staying for two weeks. There was one evening when I had a chicken steak which appeared slightly pink in the middle. I reported this to a member of staff in the restaurant, but unfortunately it didn’t appear that anything was done about it afterwards. This was disappointing, as food safety should obviously be taken seriously. ⭐️ Overall Overall, we had a really lovely two-week holiday and there are many things we enjoyed about this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are fantastic and we met some genuinely lovely members of staff who made our stay special. I don’t personally feel it is quite at a 5-star standard yet, but considering it has only been open for around four months, I’m sure there will be improvements as the hotel settles in and the small issues are addressed. A special thank you to Ömer, who really stood out during our stay and made our holiday even more enjoyable. ❤️ We would definitely consider returning in the future to see how the hotel has progressed and developed. I think it has a lot of potential and, with a few improvements, it could become a fantastic hotel.

I got back last night after a 14 night holiday at this hotel, the hotel itself is a very clean and modern hotel however for a hotel that’s only been built 4 months ago there are a lot of things that needs to be improved on. I think the hotel is very short staffed when going to any bar in the hotel there is always a queue especially at the snack bar. There’s a sports bar inside the hotel and it was the worse sports bar I’ve ever been in, one night there was a football match on and myself and my family went in there to watch it, however all of a sudden they turned the game off all the tv’s and then had a dj in there, however the night before this myself and my family went into the sports bar and there was a game of football being shown on the screens and we got told off by the worker behind the bar because apparently we were being to loud as it was a game of football being shown. Worst sports bar I ever been in. However the entertainment team especially Omer were fantastic. It had nothing to do with neither of them it was all down to the entertainment manager. If this review is seen by anyone in this hotel then can you please thank Omer, he is a very good and hard worker, he’s a credit to this hotel, I can’t speak highly enough of Omer

Başak is very helpful to me being the birthday celebrant and my group of 27 family and friends who came from the UK, Italy and Nigeria to Turkey. Basak help to extend our check out stay by three extra hours and for two rooms. She was very friendly and professional. A good listener. I the celebrant came from canvey island in Essex, uk with my family of 8 for this memorable occasion - 70 year old celebrations. The food was fantastic. Activities very enjoyable. Improvements needs on language barrier. Overall its very interesting place to celebrate.
