Amazing from start to finish. From the airport to the flight to the transfer to reception to room cleanliness to food quality to drinks to amenities and entertainment. First class from beginning to end. The customer service is incredible with friendly English and German speaking.

OMG don’t even know where to start with the review of this Amazing hotel because if i could give it 6 stars 🌟 it would most certainly be 💯 From the welcome you get on arrival to departure is simply outstanding!! The hotel is absolutely immaculate as is the rooms. Food is amazing! The best we have had in Turkey. ‘All’ Staff are so friendly and attentive, can’t do enough for you!! A Special shoutout to Lutfu,Okan and Omer from the beach. True gentlemen. Also Metin from the lobby bar and Kaan from reception such friendly people. Management are the most pleasant we have ever encountered, they are always doing their rounds making sure everyone is happy. Also another true gentleman is Charlie from the Jewellers. Highly recommend a visit to his shop if you are looking to treat yourself or simply have your rings cleaned. We will most definitely come back here again and can understand why people do return
