Voyage Kundu

Stayed here with family and iparents. 5/5 – Exceptional Modern Resort with Outstanding Service at Voyage Kundu! We had a fantastic stay at Voyage Kundu and will definitely be returning next year. The property boasts a sleek, modern design with stylish furniture and contemporary decor throughout. Resort Layout, Pools & Grounds Stunning Greenery: The hotel features fantastic, beautifully manicured gardens with a wonderful variety of plants and vibrant flowers. Intimate Layout: We loved that the grounds are more compact and easier to navigate . Perfect Heated Pools: It was incredible to have both a heated main pool and a heated water slide pool—an absolute game-changer for a comfortable swim in October! Entertainment & Families Great for Kids: There is a fantastic kids' section with excellent events and activities that kept the younger ones completely engaged. Evening Fun: The resort puts on a great variety of high-quality shows for the evening entertainment. Location & Convenience Perfectly Situated: Located in a very safe area. Proximity: Less than a 20-minute drive to both the Belek golf courses and The Land of Legends. The Rooms Design & Comfort: Our family room was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and outfitted with smart, modern furniture. Peaceful Stay: Despite the hotel being a newer resort—meaning a couple of minor, expected teething issues—the rooms were fantastic, quiet, and very well-insulated from noise. Service & Staff Outstanding Hospitality: The service here is great, and every single staff member was eager to help. Special Thanks: Manager Denizcan and Supervisor Faig were absolutely exceptional. They quickly resolved any minor issues we had and truly made our stay unforgettable. Area for Improvement The Spa: The spa area is beautiful, but it could really use an extra sauna. It tends to get quite busy and full at peak times. Final Verdict Excellent value for money, an amazing layout for families, and top-tier service. It was a wonderful change of pace from our usual October trips, and we highly recommend it! John K

I booked to go here before it was even open because i had a good feeling about it, and that was proved correct when i stayed. The hotel and grounds are luxurious and very comfortable and it's very well designed and easy to navigate. It ticked every box for me. The food was lovely and with a great deal of choice, with the patisserie being a particular treat. My room, as with the rest of the hotel, was well designed and comfortable, with a lot of little touches that made it stand out such as the lighting and air conditioning options. There was even a sensor on the bed that turned on a soft light in the bathroom if i had to get up in the night, which at my age is not uncommon! Everything was clean and i saw no signs of anything being unfinished despite it having opened only recently. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and welcoming, from the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff to the guest assistant team, it made my entire stay that much more special and relaxing. i have to give a well-deserved shoutout to the guest assistant team who couldn't have been more helpful on arrival, via the app and in person on the rare occasions i needed assistance: Sitki Cerci, Serhat Ant, Elif Ece Okur and Yunus Emre Can. I can't finish this review without mentioning the spa - just wonderful, including the staff there, particularly Dewi, who did all of my treatments so well. All the facilities you could hope for, and every treatment i had was a delight. I can't remember ever feeling so relaxed, and my skin had never been softer! The weather was a bit mixed while i was there, which is hardly the fault of the hotel, but when it was wet, there was plenty to do and enjoy inside. I would definitely stay again. In fact, i've already booked to go back in May next year!

We stayed at Voyage Kundu during the week of October 29th. It was a delightful stay, full of luxurious comfort. All of the staff were very helpful and kind. We are especially thankful to Onur Büyüktepe for his kindness and help.

Fantastic hotel, i would say this is mini Maxx Royal with similar quality of everything Location close to airport so you are off the bus quicker than others Rooms super modern and nice. We were not lucky with roadworks next to hotel, and I would like to thank hotel staff for accommodating our request and upgrading our room to family suite in a quiet area of the hotel. This was amazing I would say it is real value for money, cheaper than Maxx Royal but very similar features Favorite part is service in the beach area (which also has green grass which I love) where you order drinks using QR code and get them delivered promptly. Cocktails were delicious! Food in restaurant great! Very important that beach is sandy with easy entrance in water with no big stones and also not too deep so that kids can safely swim as well. And waterpark had heated water which was amazing. Since it is new hotel, some staff still need training, but most of them were very pleasant and accomodating, especially reception area, beach bars and restaurant, especially soup chef ) Oh, and beach volley twice a day was my favorite part ) We would definitely come back!

I have stayed at Voyage hotels several times before, so we expected this new property to offer a 5+ star experience. However, what we found was closer to a 4.5-star level. First of all, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. The design is impressive, and the property has a great vibe, which makes the stay enjoyable. Let’s start with the room. Housekeeping sometimes seems to be carried out in a hurry. There are a few issues, such as stains on the floor and rubbish bins that are not fully closed. I also have a concern about the shower: if it is not used for a long time, it starts to produce a very unpleasant smell. In addition, since the hotel is new, there is a noticeable smell of glue from the furniture in the rooms, which is a little unpleasant. Moving on to the food, compared to Voyage Belek, the selection here is more limited, although the overall quality is good. I do have some concerns about the quality of the shrimp at Cuisine24, but I think I may have simply been unlucky. As for the beach, the sand is not kept particularly clean, and there is quite a lot of litter. It is noticeable that the staff also seem to be in a hurry when cleaning the beach. They often miss broken pieces of glass, labels, and cigarette butts. There are also some issues with the organisation of additional services, particularly sports activities such as padel and tennis. Even if you have booked a court, this does not guarantee that everything will go smoothly or that you will avoid conflicts, as happened in my case. However, the assistants are helpful and do their best to resolve problems, so many thanks to them for their support. Overall, I had a good experience. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is fantastic, and there is a lot of potential. However, there are still areas where the hotel could improve to fully meet the expectations of a 5+ star resort.
