Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness

Not only are the gardens beautiful, but so was the view of the sea from the 4th story ocean view villa. The food was sensational and we appreciated the reasonable cost of the food in the restaurant and bars . Wow to a delicious breakfast. The BEST thing about the resort was the staff . They were so so helpful from the private driver from Hoi An to Bliss, to the reception, the friendly and wonderful cleaners and of course the bar staff who we chatted to every day . I recommend getting up at 5am and seeing the sunrise and walking on the beach to see the locals bring in their night catches and also for a but if luxury the spa . The bike ride was fun even though it was sooo hot . Im so sad to leave but have wonderful memories .

Very kind, helpful, and welcoming staff. We had such a wonderful time at Bliss Resort. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and offered a welcome drink and towel while we waited to be checked in. The hotel is very clean and cozy and has everything you need. The territory is beautiful and quiet. Palm trees and greenery all around. Very nice to take a walk. The king ocean view was spacious and comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend!

Before arriving, I received exceptional assistance from Men Tran in the Reservation Department via WhatsApp. Men was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the booking process. Their excellent customer service made me feel confident about choosing Bliss Hoi An, and I would like to thank them for their outstanding support.

Third visit here and remains consistently great. Beautiful clean rooms and grounds in a wonderful setting. The staff here are always outstanding. Breakfast is a wonderful array of options in a lovely setting The free shuttle into Hoi An is a definite plus

We really enjoyed 5 days relaxing at Bliss Hoi An after spending a busy 4 weeks travelling around Vietnam. The resort is a 25 minute drive from Hoi A but there are regular shuttle buses for those who want to venture into the old town. People who complain about the location obviously don’t do their homework before booking. The absolute highlight of this resort is the food. The chef’s should be highly commended on the quality and variety available to guests including those on an all inclusive deal. The spa service was amazing. The best massage I had all holiday. I also enjoyed utilising the sauna and steam room. The beach was lovely and the grounds immaculate. Loved our room although we were woken each morning by the guests in the next room (it was an interconnecting room). Only 2 suggestions for improvement. 1. Regulate pool temperature. It was way too hot and not pleasant to swim in. 2. The gym is tiny. For such a large resort, the gym was only big enough for 3 people. Way too small. Overall a great experience and very relaxing.
