Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai

Have just spent 5 nights at this superb resort with our two teenage sons. The resort itself is one of the best I’ve ever stayed and would possibly be the finest Four Seasons I’ve had the privilege of staying at. Resort GM Marcel Oostenbrink and Resort Manager Joris Quintelier and their team do an excellent job. The renovated garden villas are lovely. Overall a fantastic experience and definitely a resort we look forward to returning in the future.

We had an amazing stay, could not recommend more highly. The resort was in outstanding condition, the renovated villas were terrific, the staff were exceptional, the food was fresh, had some of the best meals Vietnam at the resort. All in all, an amazing experience. Big thanks to Mario and the team for a great holiday .

We loved this resort. The room was wonderfully set out and the outdoor shower was a great option. All the facilities were excellent from the Spa , Yoga , Padel and the gym. The main pool was very relaxing within a beautiful environment. The Indian restaurant was our favourite plus the street food night in the Vietnamese restaurant. What really makes this resort stand out is the staff. Everyone we had contact with were excellent. Special mention to Tram in the Indian Restaurant for breakfast and dinner who was outstanding. This is by far the best Four Seasons we have visited.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai was simply exceptional. We traveled as a family with our two adult children and stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom villa. Even though we have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, we have never experienced service at this level before. From the very first moment, the attention to detail and personal care were outstanding. One morning, our daughter did not join us for breakfast, and the staff immediately and genuinely checked whether everything was alright. Our preferences were remembered throughout the stay and every detail was handled with such warmth and professionalism. A very special thank you goes to our butler, Lien, who made our vacation unforgettable. Her personal care was beyond exceptional. Whether it was arranging massages, organizing a tailor, booking taxis, or fulfilling any other request, everything was handled immediately, efficiently, and always with a smile. We truly felt cared for at every moment. The villa itself was luxurious, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The furnishings and amenities were of the highest quality, creating a true feeling of relaxation and well-being. The private pool surrounded by the stunning garden setting was absolutely beautiful. It also felt almost magical how perfectly everything was always cleaned, organized, and tidied up without us even noticing. Every aspect of the stay reflected genuine hospitality and perfection. This resort is truly “5-star plus” in every possible way. We cannot recommend it highly enough and would return anytime.

Belated review, we stayed in May 2025. The Nam Hai deserves all the recognition! Perfect setting, staff, and service. Despite some construction going on during our stay, it was perfect in every way. We really enjoyed the breakfast, pool areas, beach, and the Yoga classes. The bikes are great for getting around the resort. Perfect distance from Hoi An to be able to go in to town when you want. The small touches really add to the level of service. Gifts each night at turndown, a sunglass "doctor" at the pool, and thoughtful snacks during the trip. One of our favorite resorts we have ever stayed at, and hoping someday in the future we can return!
