Ho Tram Beach Boutique Resort and Spa

Byli jsme ubytování v tomto resortu, který je naprosto luxusní personál je milý úslužný ochotný, prostě je to super, kdyby jsme nebyli takhle starý. Tak by jsme ještě přijeli, ale už asi nebudeme mít možnost.vhuy je neskutecně laskavy,milý a usměvavý.Máme ho rádi.❤️

This is not a resort if you want a base for tourism , this is a place for relaxing, being well looked after and total relaxation. We had a private villa with a pool, there are 2 pools on site plus the beautiful beach ( with a beach bar). Beautiful well kept gardens, spa treatments and delicious food. There is a set menu which is all Vietnamese dishes. There is a al a carte menu if western food choices which are delicious and cheap , ie: big steak vegetables, chips and pepper corn sauce would cost £16.00 . Amazing presentation as well . If you are wanting to see the beautiful country but need a break then this place is a must . September is out of season, they call it the wet season but it was 30+ degrees every day, yet the forecast always showed rain and thunderstorms but it never came. The journey is 3 hours from Ho Chi Minh airport not because it is 200+ miles away but because the speed limits are 40 or 60 klm per hour on freeway. Staff are very friendly, nothing is too much . I can not recommend this place enough .

Staff does not speak English Staff is not hôtel professional Staff sometimes agressive Equipment is not working Appartement is not renovated, everything old or broken Many errors in our orders Menu always the same Reservation with a terrasse but there is no terrasse Really not at the level of a 4 stars. Service is far too low for the price. Management has no other plan than apologizing or proposing discount for spa or restaurant which pushes clients to order from the spa or restaurant. I would expect to have a much better service. Last time I go visit this place.

Coming back to Ho Tram Beach Boutique Resort & Spa after two and a half years was incredibly special for us. This was the very first hotel my fiancé and I stayed at together when we started our relationship, so returning here already carried so many memories. But this time, the trip became even more unforgettable — he proposed to me here. 💍❤️ It honestly feels like this resort has become a beautiful part of our story, from the beginning of our relationship to the beginning of our next chapter together. We especially love how authentic and peaceful this resort feels. It offers a kind of experience that we don’t often get from our busy city lives — the feeling of slowing down, being surrounded by nature, and simply enjoying time together. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for the thoughtful arrangements and warm hospitality throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea, and the private pool in our villa was absolutely wonderful. The villa was also very well maintained, with daily cleaning and attention to detail that made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing. Coming back after two and a half years and leaving with such an important new memory made this stay truly unforgettable. 100% recommended, and we would absolutely love to come back again in the future. ❤️
