Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort

My husband and I both enjoyed a fabulous hours massage as part of our package with Xuyen and Tam who were both made us feel so incredibly relaxed. Only problem is you never want it to end. Have rebooked for a few days time to repeat the experience. Highly recommended these ladies Xuyen and Tam

One of the best resorts in Vietnam, this is our 2nd time here and it won’t be our last. I couldn’t fault anything, from the rooms to the food at the restaurants everything was perfect. The staff are so friendly just to mention a few who really stood out Toan, Hai and Lam in the pool bar, Maze and Shay in the Breeza restaurant and a magnificent massage from Tam in the spa. I hope to be back soon.

Amazing experience at the spa, I had a hair wash and blow dry with Ha. She gave me a great head massage and it was such a beautiful experience. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the Tower Building of Melia Ho Tram for three nights. Unfortunately, communication with the hotel reception staff was quite difficult because their English was limited. The staff at the other restaurants, Breeza and Sasa, also had difficulty communicating in English, with Muoi being the only exception. There is practically nothing around the resort, and surprisingly, there isn't even a convenient place within the resort where you can buy something as basic as bottled water. Due to the lack of alternatives, the prices inside the resort felt extremely high—at least four times more expensive than outside, in my experience. If you are planning to stay here, I strongly recommend buying enough water and drinks before checking in. The resort does have a nice view, but overall, it is difficult to consider it a true five-star resort in terms of maintenance and service. In particular, the bedding had a very unpleasant smell, and the soundproofing was poor, which made it easy to hear noise from outside the room. Overall, while the views are nice, the facilities, communication, and overall level of service did not meet my expectations for a five-star resort.
