Alma Boutique Hotel

We could not have imagined a better way to end our Tanzania and Zanzibar trip. Alma Boutique Hotel was an absolute highlight and the perfect place to relax and unwind after our safari. The food was delicious, and the hotel is located right by the beach, with comfortable sun loungers and a lovely small outdoor pool. The restaurant area is also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade shortly before the high season. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a wonderful view of the ocean and palm trees. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I can also highly recommend the massage – it was exactly what we needed after seven days of safari! However, the biggest highlight was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming, and they truly made our four-night stay something very special. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Zanzibar!

The hotel ground is very beautiful and clean. The food was always fresh and delicious. When there was a buffet for dinner, there were often delays tho. (For example the restaurant opening 50 minutes late.) When the restaurant served à la carte menus tho, everything was great.
