Staying at Alma was a delightful experience . The accommodation itself was of a very high quality, wonderful bathroom , living space and super comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurant was excellent with good food and wine choices. But above all that was the brilliant service by the staff who couldn’t do enough to help you. A big shout out to Rebecca and Em at reception who were just so wonderfully welcoming.

Our girls’ getaway to Alma Boutique Hotel turned out to be one of the best trips we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we instantly knew we had found the perfect spot in Zanzibar. The atmosphere, the beauty of the hotel, the peaceful surroundings, and the attention to detail made the entire experience feel luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable. She stayed professional, attentive, welcoming, and always making sure every detail was perfectly handled for our group. She made us feel so comfortable and cared for, which honestly made the trip even more special. The rooms were stunning, spacious, and beautifully maintained, while the private pool quickly became our favorite place to relax, take photos, laugh, and enjoy quality time together. Everything about the hotel felt elegant yet warm at the same time. The food was exceptional from breakfast to dinner which was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every member of the team served us with genuine smiles and positive energy, making us feel like VIP guests throughout the entire stay. What we loved most was how coordinated and professional the whole team was. Housekeeping, restaurant staff, management, and reservations all worked together so seamlessly to create such a smooth experience for us girls. It is rare to find a hotel where the service feels this personal and sincere. Alma Boutique Hotel is officially our new favorite girls’ getaway destination, and we are already planning our return trip. We came to Alma for our honeymoon, and it literally felt like heaven. This was one of the many hotels we booked, and I think the best experience. The staff is phenomenal, granted we were the only people staying at the hotel at that time, but the service, the food, the space, the spa is just amazing. We felt like royalty, and everything was just perfect. My only recommendation is to upkeeping daily cleaning on pathways and the pool but it makes sense because we did not during low season. Would come back here in a heart beat! Shout out to Chef Karim, Simba.
