The villa was amazing value for our money service and cleanliness was top notch we were assisted with George at anytime we needed help while at the hotel very helpful

Absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end. This was my first time visiting Zanzibar, and this resort made the trip truly unforgettable. The property is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and extremely well maintained, but what stood out to me the most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our entire stay. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food was great, and waking up every day surrounded by the beauty of Zanzibar was something special. I also really enjoyed the pool, beach, atmosphere, and overall energy of the resort. It was the perfect place to relax after long days of traveling and working. I travel frequently, and there are certain places that stay with you long after you leave. This is definitely one of them. I’m leaving Tanzania with incredible memories and a genuine appreciation for the people, culture, and hospitality I experienced here. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of us. I would absolutely return and recommend this resort to anyone visiting Zanzibar. Asante sana! ❤️🇹🇿

I don’t think I fully appreciated Diamonds Bijoux until after I left — but looking back, it really was a special place. What stood out most was the staff. They genuinely seemed to care that I was happy, comfortable and enjoying my stay. It never felt forced or as though anyone was simply going through the motions. The catering team in particular were wonderful. They regularly checked that I was happy with the food and genuinely wanted to make sure I was eating well and enjoying what was available. That personal attention made such a difference and is something I appreciated even more afterwards. The hotel itself is lovely and new, with absolutely stunning rooms that feel fresh, spacious and luxurious. It has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere and feels like a little haven. Another huge positive for me was the beach. It was so nice being able to enjoy it without constantly being approached by hawkers. Having that space to relax without being repeatedly disturbed made the whole experience feel much more peaceful and exclusive. There were things I probably took for granted while I was there, but having experienced another resort afterwards, I realised just how good the hospitality at Diamonds Bijoux had been. The combination of beautiful rooms, a peaceful setting and staff who genuinely wanted me to have the best possible stay is what I remember most. Sometimes you don’t realise quite how good you’ve had it until you leave — and Diamonds Bijoux was definitely one of those places.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, and we had a very enjoyable experience in every aspect. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ajit, who is in charge of the restaurants. He was incredibly friendly, respectful, professional, and genuinely attentive to the guests. Whatever we wanted to eat, he always did his best to arrange it for us, and he was extremely helpful with restaurant reservations. What impressed us most was that his kindness and dedication were not limited to us; we noticed the same level of care and attention towards all the guests. He is clearly very dedicated to his work and represents the hotel exceptionally well. A special thank you also to Mr. Eric, who was always polite and helpful, and to Ms. Amina at the buffet restaurant, who was extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating. We would also like to thank Chef Riven for making our birthday celebration so enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and we had such a wonderful time. The restaurant itself was beautiful, and the whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. Regarding safety, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The area is safe, and the hotel has a very high level of security, which gave us great peace of mind. The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, and when it comes to cleanliness, I honestly give this hotel a million out of a million! Everything was spotless. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Most importantly, the entire team deserves recognition. The staff are genuinely polite, efficient, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Coming from Dubai, where we are accustomed to very high standards of hospitality, I can genuinely say that the service here reminded me of the level of service we experience in Dubai hotels, particularly in terms of cleanliness, safety, hospitality, smiling staff, and attention to guests. For me, that is a very meaningful compliment. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
