You will have a lovely stay here at this brand new resort which is stylishly designed with spacious villas. Good quality kit everywhere and this is generously provided. Beautiful gardens are developing already and getting established. Above all, the staff really do care about their guests (GM and Exec Chef passionate about this) and are striving to deliver the best experience and service, and are very engaging and polite. We had many lovely meals with choices of buffet and the a la carte restaurant. Some food and wine options weren’t always available from menus (logistics is more difficult during Ramadan) but the staff were very quick and helpful to respond to feedback, suggestions and requests - a real ’how can’ approach. I’m going with 4* as they are conscious there are a few things to iron out (it’s incredible what they have got through already to get up to this standard) hoping that I could return soon for a ‘smashed it 5* review’.

We were extremely impressed and very pleased with our stay at the hotel. From the very beginning, we felt taken care of by the staff, who were very friendly, kind, and engaged. The hotel has nature at heart. Check-in is brilliant; no paperwork, everything is handled electronically. It's very efficient. We had a villa with access to the pool. Perfect location (no. 28). Beautifully decorated, with wonderful touches, it had a very atmospheric feel. The surroundings were incredibly green, the plants were wonderful; we felt like we were in the jungle. The food is a huge strength of this hotel – it's fantastic. Plenty of it, delicious. Not to mention the desserts… they're pure poetry! The houses are cleaned very thoroughly. One of the best hotels we've stayed in recently. The place has a unique atmosphere. Interesting, subtle, and unobtrusive touches. Wonderful evenings with music. I'd never danced before, but here my feet seemed to dance on their own, it was amazing... A beautiful place with wonderful people, thanks to whom you wake up happy. Thank you, Beata and Piotr

Having a wonderful time at the hotel . Rooms are very well appointed with access to an infinity pool from the balcony a real highlight. The service from the happy, helpful staff is outstanding. Nothing seems too much trouble and when I have asked for assistance with anything it has been dealt with immediately I am thoroughly enjoying my stay

The hotel is faultless. Friendly staff, execellent rooms and all very clean and well decorated. The gardens are beautifully landscaped. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay. The staff were super attentive, the food was great and they were able to accommodate our dietary needs. The hotel and facilities are great, they feel very new and clean.
