I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome, elegant atmosphere, and exceptional level of service. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my experience special. The food and dining experience were excellent, and every detail throughout the hotel reflected true luxury and attention to quality. We had a wonderful stay The resort is beautiful, the food was very good, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. A special compliment to the Guest Experience team for being so welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They made everything easy and were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The staff overall were friendly and professional, and we truly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely recommend The Mora Zanzibar and look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Mora Zanzibar. The service was top-notch from arrival to departure, and the food and drinks were consistently excellent. Despite being a larger resort, The Mora has a surprisingly cozy and relaxed feel. One of the highlights was getting to know the incredibly personable staff. Special thanks to Paulina, Mariam, Asha (Ohio!), Reuben, and Kadijah, who helped make our stay so memorable. The people and level of service really distinguish this resort. The teppanyaki experience was excellent and well worth the additional charge, as were the premium drink options. The resort also has a very good gym and spa, both of which added to the overall experience. A couple of minor critiques: once you leave the resort area and approach the water, the constant outside peddling of activities and goods can detract somewhat from the otherwise peaceful beach experience. Also, during the period when the restaurants close between lunch and dinner, all-day menu options are available, but this isn’t well communicated and service can be very slow—we waited about 35 minutes for a salad. Those are relatively minor issues and don’t change our overall impression. The Mora is an amazing resort that we would gladly return to, particularly because of the wonderful people, excellent food, and exceptional service. Highly recommended.
