Excellent and nice friendly people big thing we lost our wallet with everything but I really appreciate and admire one of security man name Simone found and returned to us.he great asset for the company and deserve recognition and set great example of security and service.

This hotel is amazing, the rooms are big spacious and spotless. The bed was incredible, genuinely one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, both me and my partner thought the same. The island obviously is an incredible feature. The ability to come and go as you please, with boats every 15mins is amazing. It's everything you'd expect and more. Nice touch that they give you goggles/snorkels and other equipment for the water free of charge. We felt the cabanas on the island were a little expensive, around $600 to rent one for the day, and you only get a bottle of bubbly included, any other food or drink still has to be paid for. One word of warning though, it was our own fault so there's no blame of the hotel, but the buffet restaurant is primarily a fish restaurant. We went to it one night and only realised this after, we both ate very little and ended up going somewhere else for dinner but that cost us around $150. I did say it to the waitress that we didn't eat and had made a mistake but unfortunately she said she couldn't do anything. We went to the Okeanos Spa on the private flamingo beach to have a couple massage and spend a wonderful day at the beach. Our massages were top notch with our therapist Malva and Angie. The couple massage was outside in a private hut overlooking the water. Total relaxation listening to the ocean and getting the best massage ever. The therapists were excellent. Highly recommend for a day visit.

We have now been to the renaissance wind creek 2x and it is a great place to vacation. When we go to renaissance flamingo island we have had the pleasure of meeting a super friendly and professional staff in all areas from the pool cafe team, boat captains such as david and Cedrick to our absolute favorite server on the beach, Lemieux. Lemieux is always super informative, professional and aims to make every day on the beach fabulous. His colleagues are great but he stands alone as the very best. He makes sure the food is hot and the drinks are ice cold. It’s a can’t miss resort to spend time.

Loved our stay there to celebrate our 20th anniversary with friends! The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. We had some many great wait staffs. They knew our drinks often times before we could order. It is worth getting the all inclusive package. We will definitely be back!
