Sem už nikdy!!! Pláž katastrofa, neudrzovana, bez WC, slunečníky roztrhane, moře a okolí pobřeží plné extrémních řas. Velmi neudrzovane. U bazénu nedostatek lehátek, jídlo podprůměrné, osušky špinavé. I když se některý personál snaží, absolutně nestačí. Velký hluk z okolních atrakcí až do rána. Na pokoji mravenci a další havěť.

Arrived at hotel in the small hours only to find the staff found it acceptable to put us on the third floor of a block with no lift when we had told them in advance we had a mobility scooter which was not being delivered until the following day. After eventually being given a room on the ground floor, we were awoken two hours later at 06.30 by the cleaners wanting to know if we wanted the room cleaned, and did we want any more toilet rolls! Obviously the cleaners knew what the food was like. The dining room is accessible by a small lift which is in a different building and just about accommodates a mobility scooter. None of the food is labelled, there is absolutely no consideration with allergens, and at best the food is luke warm, and tasteless. Like many others we ate out a lot - not what you expect to do on an all inclusive. Food is also available at the snackbar by the pool, but this was not replenished until it was almost empty. Some of the items we were given every morning at breakfast were chicken nuggets, chips and cold cauliflower, cold peas, cold sweetcorn and cold broccoli. We started calling this the Listeria Family Hotel. The animation staff were non existent and the only adult evening entertainment the first week was a guess the movie quiz where they played a clip of music and you had to guess the film. The second week we were forbidden from entering because it was the same quiz. Daytime animation might as well all been cancelled to the extent where I put a notice on their notice board advising all daytime animation was cancelled due to lack of interest by the staff. This did generate a bit of redponse for 48 hours. Admittedly we did go to this hotel at the end of the season, but this does not excuse the hotel closing at 3pm so the staff could have their party. whilst we were still. guests at the hotel. None of the staff ever looked happy and only Sonia on Reception seemed to be aware that it was holidaymakers who were keeping them in a job. Is this hotel disabled friendly? No. Is the food in the hotel good? No. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone else? No. The one positive about this hotel is its central location. At least it is easy to find somewhere else to eat

We arrived at 23.00 to be told we couldn't have a drink ,bar closed at 23.00 . the room they gave us smelt really bad stale cigarette smoke and bugs on toilet roll. Had to change our room and the lift wasnt working so had to walk down the stairs with bags and cases , our 2nd room was huge clean and do able .the music was very loud from bar opposite which was an exotic dancers nigh club , music stopped at 5am every morning . Went down stairs and everywhere was pitch black no lights on any where bars closed. The restaurant was terrible food from the evening was in restaurant on lunchtime next day food was cold even chips . State of repair of hotel was bad all plastic drains around pool and walking to our C Block where we stayed where missing so you could fall into them fall hazard. Asked for toilet roll for public toilet to be told we would have to wait 2hrs . The safe deposit box was broken in our room and my bed was shredded along the side of mattress . Not 4* i would say 2* at the most . NO entertainment or animation team like stated in brochure and no water slide in pool . Total holiday from hell . TUI have offered me £135 in vouchers which I have declined as we paid over £1200 never will i return to Bulgaria sunnybeach .

I stayed with my daughter at the end of September. We arrived at the hotel after a long trip, but we were not welcomed kindly at all. At the reception there was a dark-haired girl, and she deliberately delayed the check-in time so that we would miss lunch. Then she just pointed us in the direction of our room on the third floor, and we had to find it ourselves with a heavy suitcase. The elevator was not working. We were tired, hungry, and disappointed. But in the evening everything was fine – the food in the dining hall was delicious, it was clean, and everything was constantly being cleaned and washed. The sea is very close. Entertainment is nearby. I would come back again!! Thank you!!!
