Sem už nikdy!!! Pláž katastrofa, neudrzovana, bez WC, slunečníky roztrhane, moře a okolí pobřeží plné extrémních řas. Velmi neudrzovane. U bazénu nedostatek lehátek, jídlo podprůměrné, osušky špinavé. I když se některý personál snaží, absolutně nestačí. Velký hluk z okolních atrakcí až do rána. Na pokoji mravenci a další havěť.

I would like to leave a sincere review of this hotel, as my stay here left me with so many wonderful impressions. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The whole property is well-maintained, green and beautifully landscaped, making it a really pleasant place to spend time. The rooms are modern, clean, tidy and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location. The hotel is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the sea, which is incredibly convenient. Being so close to the beach made it very easy to enjoy the sea whenever I wanted. The staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive, and the overall service was very good. But I have to give special praise to the food — it was absolutely fantastic! We stayed on an Ultra All Inclusive basis, and the choice of food was incredible. There was simply so much to choose from that it was almost impossible to try everything during our stay. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented, with a huge variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The food was definitely one of the highlights of my stay and was of a very high standard. I would also like to give a special mention to the animation team — Dinko, Beny, Michaela and Vanesa. They are such lovely, friendly and genuinely attentive people. What I really appreciated was the way they paid attention to every guest and made an effort to make everyone feel welcome and involved. This hotel is especially wonderful for families with children. The animation team gives a lot of attention to the kids, organizes fun games and activities, themed parties, karaoke and many other entertaining events. It was lovely to see how much effort they put into making sure the children were having fun and creating happy memories. At the same time, there are plenty of activities for adults as well, so there is always something to do if you want to be active and entertained during your holiday. A very special thank you to Dinko, Beny, Michaela and Vanesa for their energy, kindness and positive attitude. They really add so much to the atmosphere of the hotel and deserve a huge plus for their work. ❤️ Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The beautiful and well-kept property, comfortable rooms, excellent location, friendly staff, outstanding food and, especially, the wonderful animation team all made my holiday truly enjoyable. I would happily come back here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

the place was ok as in location this is not a 4 star hotel at all ,the only good thing was my room. BEST BIT OF ADVICE FOR ANY ENGLISH FAMILY DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.I have been to alot of hotels in Bulgaria this is the worst one.The food was very poor,the safety around the pool ie tiles missing cut toes and feet. we had to eat out alot. I will be putting a complaint into jet2 as there advertise for this place is a long way out of what there saying. all the good reviews are not from England plz do your checks on the place

The food is simple but tasty - don’t expect fine dining, but everything is tasty. Sweets are realy tasty. We drank gintonic, beer, apple juice - these were the best, other long drinks weren’t our taste, which contained wine or prosseco was very sour. But gintonic was 5/5. Coffee is acceptable, not great but not bad. The hotel staff are kind and friendly with a few exception - a young (european) blond lady at the bar - extremely rude and was talking and looking at me like he ownes the hotel and I am there for free. Inacceptable for a hotel - i think. The animation club - I dont know where they get their energy but fantastic!!!! All of them:) The rude blond serving lady should take classes from them..luckily the beach is near and the private part with serving bar brings the turkish all inclusive vibes, and we just slept in that room, but very used furniture, The rooms are acceptable, but very very used… we saw disgusting bugs everywhere in the bathroom, spiders and even a roach… nevermind, they made clean every day and by night there was quiet so we did take some good rest. The best part is that you can drink good eat good, the worst part was the dirt, for 4 days the plates were sooooooo exetremly dirty, as there werent washed at all, only just wiped off with a damp cloth… i needed to wet a napkin and clean it for myself before i put any food on it… after 4 days something happend and the plates become lets say acceptable clean for the rest of our 7 nights stay. i would recommend to absolutely stay there if you consider their price good and you’re okay not finding the greatest quality, but still want a turkish all inclusiv-ish vibe:)
