Sem už nikdy!!! Pláž katastrofa, neudrzovana, bez WC, slunečníky roztrhane, moře a okolí pobřeží plné extrémních řas. Velmi neudrzovane. U bazénu nedostatek lehátek, jídlo podprůměrné, osušky špinavé. I když se některý personál snaží, absolutně nestačí. Velký hluk z okolních atrakcí až do rána. Na pokoji mravenci a další havěť.

Overall a very poor hotel for the English with only 4 english families in the whole hotel. The positives were, the hotel is clean with large rooms and a snack bar with limited options and ice cream available for 7 hours per day, but the positives end there. The seating in the entertainment area were wooden benches. The food was solely catered for Eastern Europeans, with no english options available, causing us to eat out each night. The holiday was advertised as ultra all inclusive with imported branded drinks, this was definitely not the case. Tiles constantly breaking away and loose in the pool causing lots of scratches and cuts to feet. A lot of staff have limited english causing communication issues, even ordering a drink at the bar was very difficult at times. Then on our day of departure, we were unable to keep our room on due to the hotel being full to capacity, and we were told no courtesy room was available to shower etc despite not being picked up for the airport until 19:30. A very disappointing stay overall and we would never return.

Very disappointing – not what we expected from an Ultra All Inclusive We stayed at Asteria Family Hotel, Sunny Beach, from 7th–11th August and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed. The hotel was clean, which was probably the only real positive we could take from our stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of what we expected from an Ultra All Inclusive holiday. The food was very repetitive, with the same dishes served regularly and limited choice. It also appeared heavily geared towards Eastern European tastes. Like many other guests, we ended up eating out several times despite paying for All Inclusive. Even the pool snack bar was poorly replenished. The advertised Ultra All Inclusive imported branded drinks also did not appear to be available as expected. Service was another major issue. Very few staff spoke or understood English, making communication difficult, and staff often appeared disinterested and more interested in their phones than serving guests. There were also hygiene and safety concerns, including damaged pool tiles which had reportedly caused several guests to cut their feet and toes. We also witnessed a restaurant staff member enter the toilet wearing gloves and return to work wearing what appeared to be the same gloves. Entertainment was extremely limited, with very little daytime activity and poor evening entertainment. There were only two rows of basic wooden seats for the evening entertainment. There was also no courtesy room available for guests wanting to shower and change before a late departure. Overall, this was not the Ultra All Inclusive experience we expected or paid for. Unfortunately this hotel did not live up to expectations.

Hotel Asteria is the best, everything is very good. I recommend it next year of course we will be back here and don't forget the good animation team
