Bella Vista Beach Club

This year, my family and I stayed at the Bella Vista Beach Club. We arrived at the hotel from the airport before 6 a.m. We received our wristbands immediately, but we waited an hour for our room, where the receptionist apologized for the wait. This was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The food was good and fresh. Breakfasts, while monotonous, were excellent, but lunches and dinners were fantastic, with something different every day. The entertainment staff were fantastic – the daytime activities encouraged participation, and the evening entertainment was top-notch. It was clear that the entertainment team was very friendly and dedicated. The hotel is located on a cliff by the beach, but the slope is gentle. The only downside, and I could literally deduct half a star, was that the receptionists didn't speak much English. It was best to speak to the receptionist, but that wasn't always possible. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed upon request. Pool towels were included in the price, with no deposit required. I highly recommend the hotel. The whole family was happy with their stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and have mixed feelings about my experience. Positives The location is fantastic – right next to the beach. The pool area is nice, and the animation team as well as the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. The maintenance man was outstanding – helpful, kind, and always ready to assist – and the supervisor was also great. The buffet was acceptable, though far from excellent, and I was disappointed there were no dishes from the Bulgarian cuisine. Negatives Unfortunately, the building suffers from poor maintenance. Many areas look untouched and unrepaired for years. The football field is in bad condition and has no lighting. Both the outdoor and indoor pools had excessive chlorine, which also caused the gym next to the indoor pool to have an unpleasant chlorine smell. The gym equipment is very limited and poorly maintained. The outdoor plastic chairs and tables felt cheap and uncomfortable in the restaurants. A lot of broken sunbeds at the pool area. In my room, water was pooring down from the air conditioning, there was an unpleasant smell, and the cleaning quality was poor. It feels like the hotel is being run to maximise profit without reinvesting in its upkeep, as long as possible, which is a shame because the potential here is huge. Overall A wonderful location and some excellent staff can’t fully make up for the serious maintenance and cleanliness issues. With proper investment and care, this could be a fantastic place to stay, but right now it falls short.

Hotel needs restoration and do something with insects like wasps etc. Food is very good, service personell kind and helpfull. Animation Team is really good, one of the best we met on all inclusive travels ever. Some fantastic young people, really fine people, It's nice to spend a time with them. Sinemorets village and shore are ineterstening and beatifull. Bulgarian people as well :)

Hotel is worth the money you pay. Definitely It's not 4*, it's maximum 3. Plus - great beach and sea view, Minuses - beach is owned by private company, poor infrastructure, chaise lounges cost is 12.5 euro per day. After storm beach was full of garbage, almost not cleaned, in restaurant only cash accepted. Smoking - everywhere. In the hotel, restaurant, beach, you are always in smoke. Not taking care of kids at all Animation - animators are pretty good, but animation is the same everyday ( for kids as well) Cleaning - rooms are dirty, cleaning is only profanation The hotel is old, non accurate, staff is not happy with your stay. Not anymore

Incredibly run down and extremely disappointing 😞 I have travelled a lot and visited many places, this place is an absolute horror movie! The hygiene is non existent , very dirty and unacceptable smelling bathroom drains. The quality of the food is low and the overall status of the hotel is shocking. I do not leave bad reviews usually and I am not the one to complain, but the amount of money we paid for this horrible experience is unacceptable! Please avoid at all cost.
