Best Western PLUS Premium Inn & Casino

Cannot understand why this place is 4 stars, the best thing about it is the close proximity to the bus station. No sachets of milk and have to pester them for coffee and sugar, no gym, no reading books to borrow, no entertainment. Food all piled to you at once after choosing on the menu. Hardly any English TV channels. It's close to the centre but I would advise not to book end of season as the place turns into a ghost town and no one wants to serve you even if they are open.

I had an amazing stay at Best Western Premium All in Sunny Beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean, everything is well maintained and feels fresh. The food was excellent with a wide variety of tasty options every day, and the cocktails at the bar were really good too. What impressed me the most was the staff – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always smiling, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sunny Beach!

I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel made it easy to relax and enjoy myself. Whether it was the friendly staff, the delicious food, or the peaceful ambiance, everything was simply perfect. The pool area was another favorite of mine – clean, beautifully maintained, and such a relaxing place to unwind.

I don't know how to start. This is the most beautiful hotel in Bulgaria!!! So clean and coz. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, making our stay very comfortable. The room was tidy and clean the complimentary breakfast was delicious!

The hotel was good,we enjoyed our stay there,everything was good.My friends and I wıll definitely recommend thıs hotel and come back next summer,thanks to all of the staff for our nıce stay.
