The Easter Holiday was a joke at this hotel. Very poor choices of food and most important the food was very low quality and we had problems due to it. Very unfriendly staff. The overall look of the hotel was terrible. We will not come again for sure.

It was really fun there, i really liked the design of the hotel but what i liked even more was the animator team, specially Savina, she was soo fine, friendly and even if we are from different countries we are still in touch with an exchange of instagram profile. She made my day better every time.

A wonderful experience at Astera Hotel! The animation was top-notch, and I would like to give special thanks to the animator Hristiyana, who took great care of entertaining all the guests. Her professionalism and infectious energy made our stay even more enjoyable. The program was diverse and suited both children and adults. I would definitely return again!
