Hotel Festa Panorama

This was sold to me as a 4* hotel but i found the food much worse than some of the 3* ive stayed in ,the drinks were awful ,the room was nice & there were some good points ,the indoor pool & steam room were nice but overall it wasnt a good experience

Our 3rd trip to Bulgaria, 2 previous trips were to Sunny Beach. Left a lot to be desired. Hotel itself was lovely. Generous drink measures, fridge in room. Restaurant staff tried to be invisible, didn't interact with guests at all. Food 1st week really good lots of variety, 2nd week lot of daily repetition as if they were using up food stock. Example, Pork ribs for lunch and dinner one day then on the menu for lunch the next day. Far more variety 1st week. 1st week bottle of water left in the room daily, 2nd week none at all. Reception said no, only 1 bottle.? No normal tea bags in room only fruit ones & no milk, you need to bring it up to the room. Housekeeping, a disaster one day 2 bins not emptied, another day handbasin left dirty. Bedmaking ridiculous. My husband lost his key card, the Reception informed me bluntly the price was €10 for a REPLACEMENT that incidentally was bent. €10 refundable deposit for towels for sunbed. Reception give you a token you take down to the Spa for towels. We tried to return the towels on the last day but were too late. Took the to Reception the morning we were leaving explained we missed the Spa the previous evening. Told quite abruptly and rudely they opened at 9am explained that was our pickup time. The female (long dark hair) gave us a dirty look spoke to a colleague about us then left reception leaving a male member to deal with it. A few guests informed us to keep the room for a late checkout was a standard price of €100 14 nights all inclusive with flight over €2,800 WONT BE BACK

Spent 2 weeks here and would highly recommend .... emailed in advance to request top floor room and got it, place is scrupulously clean and secure. You need your key card to use lobby toilets and go up in the lift. Pool, pool area and pool bar really clean and well maintained and staff across all facilities were all lovely. Entertainment team were fabulous and really did their best to get things going despite it being quieter end of season and older crowd. Food was decent and plentiful....and if you can't find something to eat then you are exceptionally picky....every day had around 5 potato/rice/pasta options, salads, vegetarian options, pizza, meat and cheese as well as fruit and vast array of desserts....there is also a 24/7 snack and soft drink offering ...my only 2 tips would be add an ice machine in that room and add garlic bread and dips to pizza station...at pool bar can get hot dogs, toasties and chips between 11 and 5 as well. Location is an easy walk into beautiful Nessebar and Sunny Beach is walkable though a bit further....but bus stop is right outside hotel and only €1.60 per person. I highly recommend Festa Panorama and will be back

Disappointing stay ruined by rude service, poor food, and major hygiene issues I want to start by praising the cleaning staff, who were incredibly friendly, and our room was kept very clean. Unfortunately, they were the only bright spot in an otherwise highly frustrating stay. The rest of the service was completely unacceptable. The reception and catering staff were very rude and unhelpful. The lifeguard was particularly disrespectful; he handed me a sunbed but forced me to carry it up the stairs to the poolside myself. To make matters worse, he openly let seagulls land in the pool and defecate in the water without doing anything about it, which is a massive health hazard. The food situation was awful. The snack bar only offered cold, dry sandwiches and cold chips with absolutely no choice. Nighttime meals were incredibly repetitive. Worst of all, we discovered mouldy butter that was an entire year out of date. The hotel's amenities also fell short. There is not enough seating in the bar area, and the evening entertainment was very poor. I would not recommend staying here until management drastically improves their service, food safety, and hygiene standards.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay – and an Exceptional Spa Experience! I had a wonderful stay at Festa Panorama in Nessebar, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and it really shows. Everything feels fresh, modern and well maintained, while still being comfortable and welcoming. My room was lovely, spacious and comfortable, and the whole hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. It is clear that a lot of care has gone into the renovation, and I really appreciated how nice and fresh everything felt. But the absolute highlight of my stay was the SPA. ❤️ I cannot recommend the spa highly enough. It should be on every guest’s list when staying at Festa Panorama! From the moment I entered, I felt relaxed and looked after. The spa itself is beautiful and peaceful, but what really makes the experience special is the amazing spa team. The staff were super friendly, warm, professional and genuinely kind. They made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, and their attitude made such a difference to the whole experience. And the massages were spectacular! ✨ I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and genuinely regenerated. It was exactly what I needed, and honestly one of the best parts of my entire stay. If you are staying at Festa Panorama, please make time for the spa. Book a massage, take some time for yourself and let the wonderful spa team take care of you. You will not regret it! For me, the combination of the beautifully renovated hotel, comfortable surroundings and exceptional spa experience made my stay really special. A huge thank you to the wonderful spa team for being so incredibly nice and for making me feel so relaxed and regenerated. The massages were truly spectacular, and I would come back to Festa Panorama just for the spa experience! ❤️ I would happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with a fantastic spa experience in Nessebar.
