Hotel Festa Panorama

We will never forget our stay at Festa Panorama. Our room was spotless when we arrived and came equipped with a picturesque view of the sea. It was also cleaned by a lovely lady each morning, who gave us fresh towels, water and bathroom supplies. The hotel offered a superb selection of food for each of the three daily meals, ranging from various types of meats, different choices of breads and a fabulous salad bar, containing everything you could imagine. For dinner, there was a different theme each night. For example, one night was Italian night and another was Mexican, with the focus being on food from that particular country. There was also a great choice for those with kids, with there being a section just for baby food, as well as different types of pizza. In addition to this, there was also a 24 hour snack bar, containing different types of sandwiches, biscuits and fruit, which can be availed of 24 hours a day (hence the name!). During the day, one can also enjoy snacks such as hotdogs, chips or toasted sandwiches, which are prepared by a very friendly lady at the poolside bar. Whilst all of the features in the hotel were excellent, what I will remember the most from this holiday is the animation team. Boris was really personable and I could tell he went out of his way to entertain the guests during the nightly shows, as well as the different daytime activities. I don't think I will ever meet anyone with as much energy and enthusiasm as Lea, who inspired us all to get moving with her daily morning and water gymnastics classes. Jenny was really sweet and amazing with the kids, who couldn't wait to go into her for the Kids' Club each day. She also clearly spent lots of time organizing the different activities, which we really appreciate. I also want to thank Raya for all her help during our stay. She was very friendly and I had great fun with her game of shuffleboard each day, which is much harder than it looks!

Very comfortable & clean room. Common areas were spotless. Very easy to get to the hotel & in a perfect location. The staff were all very helpful & friendly & efficient. The entertainment in the hotel was fantastic. Entertainment staff Borris, Laya, Raya & Jenny were brilliant, playing fun games all day, great shows at night. Quizzes were great fun. We had great crack at the shows. Bar staff & house keeper were fantastic.

We arrived at lunchtime, the room wasn’t ready, we were on the fifth floor with a sea view. The carpet had just been cleaned & the room smelt awful. The fridge smelt like someone had died in it so not a good start! The balcony was tiny & nowhere to hand your wet costumes The rep was very helpful & got drying racks for a lot of the rooms They changed the fridge which was positive. We arrived on a Thursday, had clean sheets on the Monday , we were there for 2 weeks so didn’t get clean sheets till the following Monday ! Towels were changed every day not needed . The cleaner came in every day for about 3 mins , emptied the bins but did little else after 7 days I had to ask for the bathroom floor to be washed & the sink cleaned! The food was ok but definitely not 4 star , would not go back to this hotel Lots of very rude russians lots of smokers , not our cup of tea, which reminds me if you are English take some teabags!

At Hotel Festa Panorama, I feel at ease knowing that my children have a place to play. The food is wonderful, the staff are welcoming, and the rooms and service are of a very high standard. Festa Panorama has been one of the best holidays i’ve been on with my family!! Went all inclusive with jet2 and the hotel cleanliness was always immaculate, there was always an available option for up to have food 24 hours a day, including pool snacks if we didn’t feel like we needed a proper lunch, especially after heading out into nessebar for the day. The animation team was AMAZING!! Thank you Boris, Lea, Raya, and Jenny for all the enthusiasm, charisma, and amazing company through morning and night! The walk into the beautiful nessebar was only 15 mins along the prom, were able to get to sunny beach for the day easily too, and the views and food were spectacular. Most definitely one of the best holidays we have ever been to, not to mention the stunning rooms, sea view, and air con!! Will definitely be returning :)
