Hotel Festa Panorama

The location is almost perfect. Within small reach of beach . Nessebar old town and sunny beach. Relaxed hotel with beautiful rooms. Kettle, cups, bottles of water in every room. The food was hit and miss but we never went hungry. My experience only had two negatives. First being charged €50 to keep the room till checkout when clearly the room was going to be empty. And a private event had been booked for the Friday and Saturday so our dinner time was changed and restricted due to the event being big. And then in the evening entertainment bar got closed off from us paying customers. It was never explained why this went on but, we didn’t let it spoil our night we took over the sports area and drank till early hours. We met the most amazing group of people and plan a reunion of around 15 to 20 but won’t visit this hotel. The hotel is spotless as well.

Great hotel, the food is basic for an all inclusive, entertainment was also basic but a big shout out to Vlady, he made our holiday, the rooms are very clean and give a home feeling with carpets!

All inclusive and certainly value for money. Modern, staff are freindly and helpful and a very clean hotel. Food is varied and the breakfast omelettes are the best and the desserts were amazing. Negatives are that there could be some local area information ie towns and bus routes as not much to do in this area. The old town is close enough to walk to and you can buy museum entry tickets in bundles that suit ie 1, 2,3 up to 8 venues. The Catholic Church in the old town is absolutely beautiful and worth visiting. The hotel could explain things a little better ie pool towels have a £10 euro deposit paid at reception where you are given a card to take to the attendant and get your towel. Entainment is lacking but we are at the start of season so may be some later.

This is our second time at this property and to tell you the truth, after the renovations everything is much better! The rooms are fresh and the sea view is fantastic as always. The food is quite nice as well and we loved the ice cream at the new self service corner. Shoutout to Kristina - the Front Desk manager and the new guy Stelios. You were always ready to assist us with smile, which we appreciate very much!

Lovely Hotel, very surprised that everything was still available..ie pool bar, day and evening entertainment for such a late holiday. It made a lovely surprise. Staff were so helpful,and always there for you The animation team were brilliant a big asset to the hotel. George, Stefan and Maria you made our holiday super fun. The hotel it's self was spotless, staff were always cleaning, rooms were lovely and clean. As always food was not that hot, but problem solved with a microwave. Towards the end of the holiday choice was a bit scarce, but what was offered was always cooked to perfection and sweets were yummy. Old town Nessebar was a short walk away and was definitely worth the visit. I would definitely say Bulgaria was worth the visit too. Eating and drinking out was so reasonablely priced.
