Hotel Festa Panorama

All the staff need HOSPITALITY training, not naturals in the service sector,don't expect any exchange of pleasantries NON EXISTANT,so don't engage! FOOD MEDIOCRE and never hot ,there is a microwave for do it yourself .pool used mostly by by seagulls having a loverly time .ANIMATION = CRINGE PLUS .NB THE OWNERS NEED TO REVIEW THIS HOTEL ASAP.

Beautiful refresh hotel ,great food great Staff Anton is the top bartender very hard working man.Very friendly and excellent customer service always happy to help.Also animator people try to do the best job what they can and is looks like they do with the passion.We come in October and going back tomorrow thanks for everything.

We arrived just as a storm set in, check in was efficient and the room was great, clean great size ( family suite) and view of the sea. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful and we ended up with wet carpets where the rain came in ( put in context there was a national emergency declared). Spoke to reception who said they could move us but all the suites were effected or full so we chose to stay and they came to the room and cleaned up the water. Within 24 hours it was completely dry. Staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was good but a little basic and not huge choice. Fresh pizza though most days and fresh salads which were all good. For the price I would say we got better than expected but you can’t predict the weather
