Myself and 5 other family members arrived on the 31st July around 10:30pm and was greeted by a lovely receptionist and a bellboy. We were given food on arrival (sandwiches and apples, the sandwiches were very dry but oh well lol). The rooms themselves are spot on. We had a city view so not much to look at compared to the pool/sea view but that didn’t bother us. The TV in the room has a choice of YouTube and Netflix if you wish to use this. The rooms also have a safe, kettle, spare coat hangers, hairdryer etc. The food was good. Plenty of selection for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Not the hottest but we have heard from others that food is not always hot in Bulgarian hotels. Microwaves are available. There is a snack bar which is located next to the pool bar which serves toasties, hot dogs and chips - very nice by the way! Drinks - This is where the rating comes down for me. My go to is a beer, this was a lovely local beer which I enjoyed. The other drinks are a bit of a disaster in my opinion. The ‘fizzy’ drinks aren’t actually fizzy apart from the lemonade but this just tastes like sparkling water. Cocktails come from a machine which are so sweet and not even cold, you’ll need about 7 cubes of ice in the drink to cool it down. We did sort of get used to them in the end but this is something the hotel needs to improve on. Location of the hotel is perfect. About a 3 minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes from the Old Town (I can’t recommend this enough, the restaurants are amazing) and 15 minutes to Sunny Beach (start of the strip) - there is a little shop just outside of the hotel with everything you need. The pool area is a really good size. Plenty of sunbeds for all. We originally thought that finding a sunbed for 6 people together would be a nightmare but we always were next to eachother whilst round the pool. You can also purchase towels from the hotel for daily use around the pool / beach for 15lv each, we were quite surprised with this price but it is a deposit so you will get this back at the end of your holiday. There is a 24hr self service area which is really good. This has an ice cream machine, a fridge with sandwiches/pastries in, coffee machine and a drink machine (not so great as stated above) The lobby bar which is located to the left of reception is very modern. This closes at 10pm and the Night Bar which is located downstairs in the hotel then opens until 12am. We only went in there once but once again, very modern and music is played until close. In the evening we normally like to sit outside having a drink but you can’t really do this here unless you want all of your drinks in plastic cups, this may not be an issue for some but I think we all prefer a glass for our drinks but I understand why they don’t like glasses outside. Entertainment - All animators are brilliant with everyone, they will try and get everyone involved which is standard in a all inclusive hotel. The evening shows are a good laugh especially the comedy night. Their day off is a Monday. All in all, the hotel is looking fantastic after the refurb which was completed in June I believe. I have pointed out some of the weak points of the hotel above which can hopefully be worked on whilst they get up to speed with the updated hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone going to Nessebar.

On initial appearance the hotel has been refurbished to a very good standard and is very modern and clean however there are numerous issues that bring the hotel down to a very basic 3 star, certainly does not warrant the all inclusive status. Food is very good with limited choices however it is not hot which is a massive let down as if it was hot it would be very good. The entertainment team do work very hard however the entertainment is awful. The main issue is the minimum effort that the staff put in, bar service is minimum, no diet coke told only in restaurant, no prosecco however this is served in cocktails and breakfast and everything is served in a plastic or paper cup. The bar closes at 10:00 p.m. so even though the evening entertainment is running there is no facility to get a drink. There is a late bar in the disco bar below however the minute the clock strikes midnight the lights go on and you are thrown out, again the music is the same every night as it is just on a loop. The hotel has access to the beach however no sunbeds for the hotel so this is an extra charge if you want to go on the beach for the day. The 24 hour snack bar is never stocked during the evening, went to get some water on our return to the hotel at Midnight to find no cups, told reception and they said sorry will have to wait for the bell boy to re-stock, will be about half an hour. It is definitely not 24 Hours as advertised very very basic. Minimum effort all round, could improve massively if the staff were more helpful, on our last day we asked about the late shower and were advised we could use the spa however no towels are provided, told reception we had no towels and she just shrugged her shoulders. The actual area of Nessebar is beautiful and the hotel is located exactly in the middle of both Sunny Beach and Nessebar so location wise is perfect, however would I choose to come back to this hotel - definitely not unfortunately. Massive room for improvement needed to make it a 4 star all inclusive hotel which is such a shame as there is so much potential for it to be.

As soon as you enter the hotel, the fragrance hits you, smells just like a spa. The hotel staff are so friendly, and the gentleman that helps with your baggage to your room is kind and friendly. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean with a modern twist, only thing is lack of clothes hangers. The pool area is lovely and food and drink were delicious, if you are a person who only likes British food, this is not the hotel for you, it's a mixture of Mediterranean and Bulgarian native dishes which were AMAZING. Entertainment was good too, something for everyone. The bathroom contains shower gel, shampoo and hand soap with the fragrance of similar to lemongrass and bergamot. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bulgaria and Hayes travel to book with. They understood our BUDGET better than TUI/Thomson/Thomas Cook.
