Bad food, rude managers, overcrowded in August, bad Bulgarian drinks in the all inclusive, smelly bathroom, no beach, bad cleaning room services perfomed by russian maids, small parking and so on

We artriwed today. Im not haappy for my choice. Wte are here big family: 2 aduults and 5 kids. We have 2 apartments. Thevyy are big but very old look . So 90 s. And unfortunelly herte os nothing to do. Only pool. No beach-- its offuoul. No playgroound for the kids no animation. Good free parking. We will go by car other bbeach and city.

I don't know exactly how to start, so I will arrange the things about the hotel in order of importance: 01. The rooms are spacious, with a great view of the hotel pool and the sea, there is everything you need such as equipment, TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, the rooms also have a terrace where you can drink your coffee, the staff cleans the rooms regularly, towels are changed regularly and cleanliness is maintained. 02. The restaurant is spacious with a lot of tables, there are also around the pool, and its inner part "looks" at the sea. Regarding the food, there is a wide variety, delicious cooked dishes, fresh salads and fruits. As a lack, the lack of soups can be pointed out , which would be a plus to the menu, but otherwise it's ok. As a minor remark, I can point out the slow loading of dishes or drinks, if any of them run out. 03. And the most serious minus for the hotel is the lack of...a beach (literally): Although the hotel offers its own sunbeds and umbrellas, the "beach" is simply built as a terrace that "looks" at the sea, and there are stairs that lead to it, but usually the sea there is rough, there is no lifeguard, and it is deep, so if you decide to swim there anyway, it's your responsibility, I don't advise you…
