Hotel staff so rude. Bathroom flooded and say could be sorted till next day. Every time u open patio door came of the hinges so dangerous but didn't seem to bother them. Got another room was OK. Food terrible and cold. I heard a coustomer complaing to staff. She was told it a 3 star hotel wat do u expect. I would say to people do not book this hotel 🤬

Where do I begin..... booked 7 days but extended it by 3 days as we wanted 10 days. Cancelled it after 7 The room was old, smelt of sewage and was next door to a lift which was broken and banged when used. The food was better at a food bank, same old crap every day. Shower was broken so could not use unless holding the attachment No entertainment any evening that we there, snacks got taken within 2 minutes by the same people each day. Got bitten several times by "something" in bed at night. God knows how this has a 3*** rating, should be 1 or 2 max. We moved about ¼ mile up the road to Hotel Bavaro (see my review when the next few days have gone, but first thoughts are superb) Really try to avoid Hotel Pomorie Sun DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Actually it was a pretty good experience, for a 3 stars hotel. It was a bit dusty, in some places as balcony but cleaning was daily, also they changed towels daily. It was a good sea view, a snack bar, and good various food, not luxury bat pretty various. The hotel looks new but a bit tired, it was end of the season, so maybe this. Very good location, ice cream - simple one but present. I recommend for a budget rest. Absolutely close to beach and shops.
