Sunny Beach Club Hotel

The hotel in general is great as has been quoted in other reviews, plenty of sunbeds, room is cleaned daily, location is spot on for a bus ride to Nessibar or a day on the beach. In the evening there is a change of theme where a DJ set is on from 20:00-23:00. This is either on one of the main pros or cons depending on your taste. In general the music was fine but the volume level was borderline dangerous in the general areas, lobby, bar area. I had a sound meter app on my phone which measured over 100dB in the lobby area which should require that hearing protection is provided and deemed a compulsory hearing protection zone. It's a shame really because the lobby area is generally one of the busiest parts in the evening but it was devoid of people and spoiled the general feeling of the evening. Surely it is not necessary to have the music at these levels for guests to enjoy it ?

A fantastic and an enjoyable stay at this friendly hotel, the Sunny Beach Club as a solo traveller. The staff were very friendly indeed for my complete stay. The facilities of the hotel were excellent with two identical outside swimming pools with very comfortable sun loungers that were easy to obtain in well maintained grounds. The hotel music and evening entertaiment was excellent with live performances and a DJ by the poolside. The restaurant and the pool bar were also very pleasant. With a varied selection of food, buffet style, and of very good quality, every course was presented very well. There were plenty of tables to sit at either indoors or outside. Plenty of drinks were available at the bar on the all inclusive option, as well as imported drinks if you wanted them. My hotel room was large with a suitably sized balcony overlooking the front of the hotel on the first floor. A large double sized bed was comfortable with an on suite bathroom that was modern. My room had tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, and a TV. The cupboard space was very good aswell with a nice air condition unit that stayed on all of the time, even when you were out of your room. My room also had a security safe. The all inclusive facility made it very easy all round. Pool towels were issued with a ten euro deposit. The pool animation team were good at organising various activities around the hotel and were friendly throughout the day with the hotel guests. The hotel also had an indoor pool and a spa. The vast beach was only a ten minute walk away from the hotel grounds. The hotel was situated close to the main street with shops and restaurants nearby. A local bus and a small train took you to Nessebar and the Sunny Beach Strip called Flower Street where all the bars, restaurants and night clubs were located. To walk it was a forty minute stroll to the Sunny Beach Strip along the main high street. The hotel guests were friendly. A spa and massage could also be taken at the hotel. With the hotel being spacious inside and out this was a lovely hotel to stay at with a great time had meeting fellow hotel guests. The weather was lovely and sunny also for my two week stay. Overall I can fully recommend the Sunny Beach Club as a solo traveller. A very safe hotel to stay at and very welcoming. Leesen Moore, Hemel Hempstead, UK.

The Staff were friendly enough, the hotel basic, clean but modern, The reception area with seating had a lovely chill atmosphere, outside pools were great, sun beds with plastic cushions were convenient for wiping down but not great with the heat with sweating and plastic getting hot. We were all inclusive and we struggled a lot with the food, to the eye all looked appealing but found the dishes extremely bland and repetitive, same thing practically every day for each mealtime .. all they did was switch the sauce up but again just so bland.. would of had meats, fish,cheeses and salad, but nothing was covered up and was a free for all for flies so totally avoided those, I see that other reviews from last year saying the same thing about the food and flies but clearly nothing has been done… the best of the food were the omelettes at breakfast and the ice cream! Over our weeks stay we ate out of the hotel 3 times!… Meals are a big part of the holiday so we were very disappointed. We did notice lots of plates with un eaten food. Also the alcoholic drinks were extremely either watered down or not high percentage, seem to drink loads but had no affect after drinking them all afternoon. The music (DJ) in evenings needs to have better music to everyone taste, saw a couple of live acts they were quite good..such a shame,I don’t usually do reviews but wanted to give one so you could improve as the location and everything else was pretty good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunny Beach Club hotel in Bulgaria. It was very nice, a lot of space, great swimming pool area with fast access to the sunny beach, spotlessly clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. There were a program every night from Abba performance to Bulgarian evening and always at 11pm all music went off (I loved the music they plaid the sound system there is gorgeous). The therapeutic back massage was absolutely excellent and is highly recommended. Don't make the same mistake I did by booking it on your last day - I would have booked several more sessions if I'd known how professional and effective it was. A fantastic experience all around!

I honestly cannot recommend Sunny Beach Club highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every aspect of our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself was fantastic. Our room was modern, stylish and chic, with stunning views overlooking the sea and Sunny Beach itself. The whole hotel has such a beautiful boho vibe that creates a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your holiday. The rooms were also spotlessly clean throughout our stay, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The cleaners were always so friendly, warm and welcoming whenever we saw them, which only added to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. The food and drinks were outstanding throughout our stay, with plenty of choice and consistently excellent quality. I was also celebrating my birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it feel extra special by surprising us with a bottle of champagne, two glasses and a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one that we really appreciated. The location is perfect – ideally situated between Nessebar and the Sunny Beach strip, giving you the best of both worlds. We loved being able to enjoy the charm and history of Nessebar while also having easy access to the lively atmosphere of Sunny Beach. Arranging transport was incredibly simple too, with the hotel staff always happy to help organise everything for us. A special mention has to go to one of the lovely receptionists who showed such genuine kindness when I couldn't find a hair bobble. She actually offered to bring me one, which was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much. It's little acts of kindness like this that make a holiday truly memorable. The shopkeeper on site was also wonderful – always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Thanks to the incredible staff, beautiful hotel, fantastic food and perfect location, my best friend and I have made memories that will last a lifetime. We left with huge smiles, unforgettable experiences, and a strong desire to return. Thank you, Sunny Beach Club, for giving us a holiday we'll never forget!
