Sunny Day Club Hotel

Ive Been to this hotel previously but this year was exceptionally bad. Staff were so rude and very unhelpful. Definitely won't be going back there again. Such a shame that some staff let the whole experience of a hotel down as it is a nice hotel overall but rude staff ruin it

A beautiful hotel, with friendly staff Very modern apartments with comfortable beds and pillows And kitchen adequate for self catering but could with an oven. The Biggest let down is WIFI Which is absolutely CRAP!!° but management are not bothered These days when you go on holiday especially with children you need to keep then occupied and also yourselves When the weather is poor and you're stuck in your room! You do not want 50 Spanish TV CHANNELS I WILL NOT STOP HERE AGAIN! FOR A SIMPLE THING LIKE POOR WIFI. such a shame as it's a beautiful hotel thank you alan

I didn't use the hotel but used the bistro/bar on a number of occasions. Initially the food was good, great service from a lovely lady and good prices. Towards the end of my stay it was impossible to order from the menu. They were closing for the season and running the stock down. Last night little was left to order. A disappointment as it is a nice place. What a pity.

Do not book this hotel the rooms are well dated and thee staff apart from 1 are so rude especially the man behind desk at reception. Cleaners don't speak any English they rude too in fact most of the people from Bulgaria are rude.wont be back to bulgarie

I got a one bedroom apartment and was told on arrival that i would be in the other building across the road in a "private apartment". As nice as the apartment was, i would have rathered be in the building that i actually booked and paid for. The absolute rudeness in the staff are unbelievable! Especially the waiting/bar staff. The was one man named jimmy who is very handsy towards women custumers, he put his hands around my waist, kissed me on my shoulder from the back and would blow kisses when you walk by him and call you sexy, he did this to a few of my other family members including my nanny. If this happened in Ireland and a complaint was put in, you would get sacked on the spot and you could be arrested for that kind of sexual harassment! And also the other staff that just stand around looking at you but wont go over and actually do their jobs to serve you and to one staff who would roll her eyes at you and huff whenever you want to order anything, she also threw change back at me across the counter. I would never stay in these apartments again and would advise others to stay away also. If you do go here, go to friends restaurant less than a minute walk down the side street, food is much better and the staff are super friendly, smiley and they actually do their jobs very well. I will just add that the two male reception staff were nice and friendly and so were the cleaners. The room was decent, spacious and very clean and the pool is great for the kids. This hotel would have been recommended if it wasnt for the terrible staff.
