Zenith Hotel

S výběrem hotelu jsme byly velice spokojeni. Hotel nedávno zrekonstruovaný. Příjemný a milý personál, krásné čisté pokoje my s výhledem na moře. Výborné jídlo a pití celý den. K moři opravdu blízko. Lehátko a slunečník za poplatek každé 9 leva. U hotelového bazénu lehátka zdarma. Ubytování až od 14 hodin.

very nice hotel on the first line, our room was cleaning every day, the staff is very nice, but one of the boy is very very high level, he works on the reception, his name was stanislav, very nice boy, we see you the next year

The hotel is overal nice. Upon our arrival we were not informed that the air-conditioning was not working. The lady manager told us itbis temporary and it will be fixed. After about 4 days we asked again and same answer was given to us. We complaint and she told us "You can go home in case you are not happy, but without any reimbursement". We found out from some of the hotel staff there was an fire about a month before our arrival and the airconditiining was not functional ever-since. To summarize it: management behavious=horrible, lies, don't care. Kitchen staff, great. Beach nearby. Enterntaiment, good. Overall-all ok untill something goes wrong. Then they forget you are a customer and it is all about money and profit only

There were definitely some positive aspects of our stay at Hotel Zenith. The staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful, especially the team in the lobby bar. The staff in the dining area were also friendly and attentive. The cocktails were good, and we appreciated that the food was varied, with something different available each day. Unfortunately, the biggest and most serious problem was the complete lack of air conditioning in the room. I understand that the hotel management’s response is that air conditioning was not advertised as a room facility. However, for a 4-star hotel in Sunny Beach during the summer, having no air conditioning is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. This is something I would absolutely expect when booking a 4-star hotel in such a hot climate. We were given a fan, but unfortunately it did very little. The room was unbearably hot, especially at night. We had to sleep with the door open just to get some air, which meant listening to all the noise from outside throughout the night. What was supposed to be a vacation honestly felt like a week of torture. I barely slept during the entire week. I would wake up during the night feeling extremely hot and sweating, with the bedding completely wet. The heat was so intense that I had to take a shower up to three times a day just to feel comfortable. It is particularly frustrating because we paid around €1,500 for a week, and instead of enjoying our room and getting proper rest, I dreaded every moment I had to spend there. A hotel room should be a place where you can recover after a hot day, not somewhere you cannot breathe or sleep because of the temperature. Another issue was the sunbed situation. Many guests reserved sunbeds and umbrellas early in the morning and then disappeared for most of the day, sometimes only returning in the evening. There were clearly no people using the sunbeds, but their belongings remained there, meaning that the beds were effectively unavailable to other guests. In many other hotels, there is a policy that if a sunbed is left unattended for a certain period, belongings can be removed so that everyone has a fair opportunity to use the facilities. I strongly believe the hotel should consider implementing a similar policy. Because of this, we ended up having to pay €15 for sunbeds and an umbrella on the public beach, despite staying at a 4-star hotel. Overall, the friendly staff, good cocktails and varied food were positives, but they unfortunately could not compensate for the lack of air conditioning and the resulting lack of sleep throughout our entire stay. For us, the lack of air conditioning completely ruined the vacation. I sincerely hope the hotel management will reconsider this, because in the middle of summer, especially in a 4-star hotel, proper cooling should be considered a basic necessity rather than a luxury.

Quite disappointing. The room was nice and spacious but although we paid for the service we didn't have air conditioning in none of the days we stayed there. Another thing that kind of bothered us was that even after our room would be cleaned when wed come back the floors would still be dirty and full of sand. The diversity of the food is considerable but be careful because we found little bugs in some products, we told the personnel and they said it was because they bought those products frozen and just heated them up which is also a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The location is nice as the sea is pretty close to the hotel and there are a lot of stores.
