Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa

We booked one week at Dreams Onyx in a preferred club pool view king room. I was pleasantly surprised with the view when we arrived as we also had a partial ocean view. Our stay was amazing! I would book the preferred club again as we used the preferred adults only pool and preferred club dining area which was air conditioned daily. Huge shout out to the preferred club pool staff Nelle, Javier, and Jean. Our butler Aris did an amazing job at ensuring we had the best stay possible. He arranged our dinner reservations, any in room needs and for a smooth transition home. He also set up a private island in the preferred club pool which was an awesome experience. We traveled with another couple that had a preferred club private plunge pool and we spent a lot of time in that plunge pool as pool staff also serviced those rooms! Dreams onyx is right next to breathless and we also ventured over to breathless for some of their activities and the staff were also amazing at breathless. Overall I would stay at Dreams Onyx again!

Overall great experience! Great service, food and views! Everyone was friendly and helpful. All staff would make effort to speak to you and smile. Very clean and well organized. Multiple restaurants to choose from and the room service for meals was awesome!! I will definitely visit again!

We had our wedding at Dreams Onyx and it was the best experience ever. The hotel is absolutely amazing, the staff was great and a bonus for adults you get access to Breathless next door. We could have not imagined a more perfect wedding. The pool, beach and spa were amazing.
