HM Bavaro Beach

Reception service is the best.

This resort was peaceful and in a really convenient area. Our first night the room wasn’t the best but the manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. The only feedback I would give is if they can make the restaurant inclusive like their neighbouring resort Whala Bavaro

Nothing works. Even the big selling point from the website, the pool overlooking the beach was undergoing major work. Virtually nothing advertised was delivered to any acceptable standard. Add to this a dishonest manager (Johanna Villaman) who was very comfortable lying just to move along and you have a nightmare. Would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

We had such an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful beach-view room, which made our trip even more special. Thank you Jeffery. Waking up to the ocean every morning was unforgettable! The resort was clean. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Punta Cana!

Our stay at the HM Bavaro Beach was exceeding our expectations. Very clean and air conditioned room, food in restaurants is amazing, breakfast was so delicious, staff is very friendly and we loved the infinity pool. There are also quite a few restaurants around that location and a small supermarket.
