Great place to vacation. Impeccable beaches, great service, and the list can go on and on. Johan made everything that we ask for happen with no hesitation. We celebrated our 25 Anniversary and he made that day a day to remember. Thank you to Johan and his team for an awesome experience. Brrrrenda was also the life of the party, she got everyone involved and having fun. The whole Secrets Team did an amazing job. We will absolutely vacation there again.

Secrets Playa Esmerelda was the best vacation we have ever had! Don’t be intimidated by the drive - it’s more than worth it! From the time you walk through the front door you are treated as family. Every employee was so hospitable and accommodating. Our butler, Simon, was by far the best butler we have ever had. He truly went above and beyond all of our expectations and we were a group of ten! He even answered a call from us at 10pm while he was at home! Request his service when you go!

We had an amazing time at Secrets Playa Esmeralda. The beach was clean and beautiful. There were no mosquitos or other bugs. The swim-out room was spectacular, with great service from all of the staff, especially our personal butler Amarlays Mercedes.
