We rented a car at Punta Cana Airport and drove straight to the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received an incredibly warm welcome. The atmosphere throughout the resort is fantastic—the staff are always smiling, singing, enjoying their work, and genuinely helpful. The animation team deserves a special mention because they are absolutely amazing! Our room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The only small downside was that, if you have a connecting room, you can sometimes hear noise from your neighbors through the communicating door. Overall, the hotel is very clean. The only areas that could use some improvement are the buffet and snack bar. On the other hand, the à la carte restaurants were absolutely outstanding—we had the chance to try them all, and every meal was delicious! Tip: Make your restaurant reservations as soon as you arrive so you can secure your preferred times. The Guest Services team was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Don't hesitate to stop by if you have any questions. I also had to visit the hotel doctors during our trip, and they were kind, professional, and very welcoming. The evening shows were entertaining, and it's clear the entertainment staff work extremely hard to create a fun atmosphere. They keep everyone dancing, laughing, and involved in the activities. The aqua gym in the sea is very popular and a lot of fun! You can also rent kayaks free of charge for one 30-minute session each day. Catamaran rides are also available, but you must reserve them at the kayak station starting at 9:00 a.m. Another tip: Arrive around 8:55 a.m., as spots fill up very quickly. A walk along the beach is a must. The soft sand and crystal-clear turquoise water are simply breathtaking. If you have a rental car and some extra time, I highly recommend visiting Montana Redonda, about a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The panoramic views are spectacular, and you can enjoy activities like zip-lining, the famous giant swing for incredible photos, and much more. It's a wonderful and affordable family outing. Another excursion I highly recommend is the boat trip offered directly from the hotel (US$37 per person), with departures twice a day. We went snorkeling in beautiful, crystal-clear water, danced and sang on the boat, held giant starfish, enjoyed the onboard slide, and had an unforgettable time thanks to the energetic and entertaining crew. It was one of the highlights of our vacation! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The incredible staff, beautiful beach, fun activities, and welcoming atmosphere made this a memorable vacation. We truly fell in love with this place and would not hesitate to come back!

Was really enjoying this hotel, food, people are great, downsides have been the bars with VERY SLOW SERICE. And long queues!!!! 15mins at least to get a drink, day and night! They play VERY LOUD music by the pool and apparently, according to reception, this is a PARTY HOTEL so you have to accept the 95dB music! Yes we measured it. We had to leave as our autistic child couldn’t cope with the volume. We have stayed at other Viva hotels in Mexico and not experienced this! It’s really spoilt our holiday. Food and service at the snack bar during the day is not great, very limited food and quality and never any drinks. Lots of wasps about, especially around the bar. The swim up bar is a more like a plunge pool with a bar in it, not really lime other Hotels I’ve stayed in with swim up bars. The rooms with pools… I wouldn’t bother! The depth is 95cm and more paddling pool size, not like other swim up/pool rooms I’ve stayed in

Amazing hotel hidden in paradise, we have just arrived back after two weeks with a 16 year and 13 year old scottish family. This hotel is for families who want the best of both world's quiet, peaceful but can still experience the lively side even on the side lines. Going off past reviews definitely bring water bottles and avoid anyone trying to sell you membership. We just politely declined and where left alone the whole holiday. The Asian restaurant is the best 👌 the staff are all lovely and friendly. We only had one night when I walked away from the bar due to being ignored for over 30 minutes. It didn't damper our experience but it wasnt ideal either. The padel boards you just go up and ask which my girls had alot of fun with. Loads of choices of food and good quaility even for fussy teenagers. The ice cream shop was amazing and very cheap really the only thing we spent extra money on along with tipping. Dollars are the preferred tip but they honestly don't look for it but are grateful. We went with TUI and experienced two trips out of the resort. Soana Island beautiful but a very long day I wouldn't recommend with small children. The buggy ride and cave party the best experience ever but book quick when you arrive. Big shout out to the Angetina fans as we had the pleasure of being at the resort while the world cup was on. The atmosphere was amazing and we came home with two new Angetina supporters. Overall one of the best holiday's we have been on perfect for our family. So if your looking for peaceful with the option of joining in on atmosphere this is definitely the place.
