We had such an amazing 14-night family holiday in Punta Cana with TUI! Travelling from Gatwick with our two children, aged 11 and 14, we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The beach was stunning — beautiful, unspoilt and perfect for swimming and walking along. The pools were equally fantastic and there was always something going on. We really enjoyed the daytime activities, and the foam party was brilliant fun! There was a great choice of entertainment both during the day and in the evenings, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. The food was really good too, with plenty of choice from the buffet and snack bars, including pizzas, as well as some fantastic à la carte restaurants. There were also lots of bars to choose from. We were really impressed with the service from all the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was excellent. Having a doctor available on site 24/7 was also very reassuring, especially when travelling with children. There were even shops for souvenirs and somewhere to pick up medicines and essentials, which was really convenient. The café being open throughout the day until 10pm for coffee and cake was another lovely bonus! We travel long-haul every year and have been lucky enough to visit many beautiful destinations, but the Dominican Republic really captured our hearts. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. A fantastic family holiday from start to finish! 🇩🇴❤️

We had a fantastic 14-night holiday with TUI, travelling from Gatwick to Punta Cana as a family of four (2 adults and children aged 11 and 14), and we absolutely loved it! The beach was simply beautiful — unspoilt, gorgeous for swimming and perfect for long walks. The pools were also fantastic, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There were lots of activities throughout the day, and we especially loved the foam party — great fun for both adults and children! There was a great atmosphere throughout the resort, with plenty of entertainment during the day and in the evenings, so there was always something to enjoy. The food was excellent, with a great choice of à la carte restaurants, as well as plenty of options during the day, including the buffet and snack bar with pizzas. There was also a really good selection of bars. We particularly loved the café, which was open all day until 10pm for coffee and cake — such a lovely touch! Housekeeping was very good, and the guest service throughout our stay was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was also reassuring to have a doctor on site 24/7, which gave us great peace of mind. There were good shops for souvenirs, as well as somewhere to buy medicines and essentials. We travel long-haul every year and have visited some amazing places, but there was something really special about the Dominican Republic. We completely fell in love with it and would absolutely return. A wonderful family holiday that we will remember for a long time! ❤️🇩🇴

Wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is professional. The restaurants are great, you can find a lot of options for everyone in the family. The beach is wonderful and quiet. Kylian from guest service was lovely, a big thank you for your help! Will be back soon

The best experience i’ve had so far! the rooms are clean, and they come everyday to change the towels and fix the beds and clean up. Animation team: Wow 1000/10 they are super friendly and really sweet. Makes you never want to go back home ! Shoutout to Emiliana,Marta,Lara,Baby,Brandon,Kevin, and DJ Yogui!! they are the best great hotel would definitely go back

Do not come if you are English or id even say most of European countries. Most discriminatory hotel even been too. Bar staff will ignore you. English children not allowed in certain areas but anyone else can. Even got boo’d for winning a game on the beach which I actually enjoyed seeing the Argentinians faces. Reception laugh at you and unhelpful and guest services refused to give my child’s 13 birthday and appreciation. Just don’t entertain going. Shame as location excellent
