terrible terrible terrible unfriendly staff do not good your English as they cater for Italians and French only website states entertainment but it’s all in Italian or French when I asked reception they said no only Italian French rooms was shabby and I walked in to stains on my sheets restaurant always same dry food you can only get tea or coffee at breakfast for lunch and dinner they turn them off overpriced bar drinks and watered down the entertainment staff that put a show on every evening pretend to play the piano with their trousers down and you can guess the rest not approved for kids the activities reps in reception don’t understand English so cannot book any trips

This hotel is falsely advertised as a 4 Star in our opinion in reality it would meet a 1 star. The hotel is scruffy, unkempt and dated. The rooms had wires hanging from light fittings and mould around the shower area. The restaurant area was awful with tables covered in dirty plates. Staff were oblivious to the mess and had to be asked to clear tables so guests could sit to eat their meals. In addition it seemed staff including management were not trained in hospitality. Food was buffet style and many of the dishes were not labeled which was a health risk for anyone with allergies. My husband is diabetic and we had to speak with the manager numerous times as there were no sugar free soft drinks included in the all inclusive menu!! I then witnessed the hotel director and the bar manager have an argument about our requirement in front of other hotel guests. The final straw was having been advised by Love holidays to speak with the hotel manager about our concerns, we had a meeting in his office, only for him to become angry and aggressive in front of our special needs foster son. We did the only thing we could which was to walk away from the situation and make another call to Love Holidays to explain we now felt unsafe to stay. A totally awful experience and I urge do not book to stay at this hotel.

The resort is less than 30 mins from airport and cost 120 euros each way. The room allocated was situated at far end of site even though there were empty rooms closer to amenities. Room was shabby, room phone not working and no internet access. Waiting and bar staff were rude and unfriendly. Tables were not cleared and guests had to regularly clear and set their own tables. The food was repetitive and some of the meats tough and overcooked. Dessert often ran out mid service. Wine with dinner was from a tap dispenser and was unpleasant to drink. All inclusive drinks restricted until after 8:30 and only a very limited choice of foul tasting ‘local’ spirits. Excursions were displayed on boards but on inquiry we were told they had finished as the season was closing. Shuttle bus was cash only and poolside towels also cash only. The pool was pleasant but staff were unhelpful and had to be told to clean up mess. All entertainment was available only to French and Italian speakers. Shockingly over priced for such a poor quality holiday and only worthy of 2 stars not 4

What a mess! So many concerns - some safety related and some health related. If that’s not enough you then have the terrible hospitality related issues. Electrical cupboards open for any child to access, trip hazards on the crazy paving paths, toilets overflowing causing flooding, exposed wiring on light fittings. If that wasn’t enough, the service is absolutely appalling. All inclusive drinks package but no sugar free or low sugar soft drinks. Being a diabetic I don’t have much choice! We paid over £4500 for 10 day break and feel absolutely ripped and it’s only day 1!

Absolutely disappointed with the service in this place. It’s not all inclusive even if you paid for it. Fruit is not good quality. Pizza man has NOT manners with the customers.
