A Relaxing Sardinian Escape with Great Food and Genuine Hospitality We had a very enjoyable stay and felt it deserved a 5-star review. This may not be the most luxurious resort we've ever visited, but it was exactly the right choice for the kind of holiday we wanted—relaxed, welcoming, and authentic rather than pretentious. The cuisine was one of the highlights of our stay. We particularly enjoyed Donna Floriana, where we had some excellent dinners, and Grano Pizzeria, which served delicious pizzas in a lovely atmosphere. The overall food quality throughout the resort was consistently very good. The beach is beautiful and well worth spending time at, while the Riva's Pool was a pleasant surprise—quiet, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the busier areas of the resort. Breakfast was naturally quite busy during peak hours, but we found that arriving early in the morning made the experience much more enjoyable. The selection was generous, varied, and offered something for everyone. The hotel itself benefits from large open spaces, which means it never feels overcrowded despite its size. The atmosphere throughout the resort is friendly, informal, and genuinely welcoming. During our stay, we also spent two evenings exploring the stunning beauty of the Costa Smeralda, which made the holiday even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our time in Sardinia and will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation such a pleasant experience.

From check-in to checkout, the staff made us feel like regulars. Every request was handled promptly. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable bed and the sunrise and sunset view was stunning. Dining experience is to remember from breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will definitely return on our next travel.

We stayed at this resort expecting a 5-star experience, but unfortunately it felt more like a 3-star hotel and definitely wasn't worth the money. The rooms are a good size and newly built. However, despite requesting a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together. Another strange design choice was the wardrobe light, which stays on all night with no way to switch it off. The service was disappointing from the moment we arrived. At check-in, staff ignored us until we stepped forward and asked to be assisted. We were simply handed a map with no explanation of where breakfast was served or where any of the facilities were located. We booked a bed and breakfast package. Be aware that if you go to breakfast after 9:30 am, finding a table is a real struggle. If you don't book all-inclusive, it's also extremely difficult to get a table for lunch or dinner because the restaurants are constantly "fully booked." Breakfast itself was disappointing, with flies covering the meat every single morning, which was very off-putting. If you're not staying all-inclusive and want to visit Santa Teresa, expect to pay around €40 each way by taxi. Most of the staff were unhelpful. The exceptions were Javier at the beach bar, who was always smiling, dancing, and creating a great atmosphere, and Angel, who took the time to explain how to get around and helped us on several occasions throughout our stay. For a 5-star resort, the late check-out process was very poorly managed. We were initially told to come the day before departure to arrange it, only to then be told we'd been given incorrect information and should have requested it much earlier. The beach itself is beautiful, but if you want a sun lounger, you need to be there by 7:00 am. Even then, towels were already covering most loungers, presumably left overnight. Reception told us towels left unattended for more than an hour would be removed, but this rule was never enforced. One morning we went down at sunrise and found rubbish and dirty towels scattered all over the beach, which was shocking for a resort claiming to be 5-star. Overall, this resort fell well below expectations. Between the poor service, lack of organisation, hygiene issues, and difficulty accessing basic facilities unless you pay for all-inclusive, we would not return. We definitely wouldn't recommend it, especially considering the price.
