We went to Fergus Cactus Gardens for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. We had the best holiday, the hotel was very clean and close to the beach. Just a short walk to Morro Jable with some nice places to have a drink and eat on the way with beautiful views of the amazing soft sand beach and gorgeous turquoise blue sea. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. We got upgraded to a junior suite as it was our Anniversary at no extra cost which made the holiday that extra special. We were also delivered a bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice special touch. All the staff were very friendly and obliging. They made the holiday extra special as we were always treated special and nothing was too much trouble, always willing to help and assist in anything we needed. We would like to thank a few members of staff as they were very friendly. Patricia, Pablo, Khalid, Marcus, Barry, Leo and all the staff. The food was amazing, everyday was a different cuisine from Italian, Asian, Canarian, International, etc. Every day the soups were varied and really tasty. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was very powerful and tge water was always hot. There was shampoo/shower gel, conditioner, hand-wash and even body lotion in bottles on the wall. Fantastic hotel.

We have just returned home after a wonderful 7-night holiday in Fuerteventura, travelling with Jet2, and I wanted to leave a review because the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Firstly, I feel I should mention the new EES border control process at Fuerteventura Airport. Before travelling, we had seen a lot of horror stories circulating on social media suggesting long delays and chaos on arrival, so naturally we were slightly concerned. In reality, the entire process was extremely quick, efficient and completely hassle free. It was genuinely one of the smoothest arrivals we have experienced, so hopefully this reassures anyone travelling in the near future. The Jet2 experience was excellent as always, and the transfer from the airport to the hotel was very well organised and straightforward, helping the holiday begin in a very relaxed way. This was actually our **second stay at FERGUS Cactus Garden**, having previously visited in April last year, and I have to say we noticed a significant improvement across the board. Returning guests naturally compare experiences, and it was immediately obvious that standards have improved considerably since our last visit. The hotel enjoys what must be one of the very best locations in Morro Jable, with easy access to the shops, bars and local entertainment, whilst also being only a short walk from the stunning beach, which is absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of the resort. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and cleaned regularly to a very high standard. Housekeeping throughout the week was consistently excellent. The staff deserve enormous credit because every single member of the team we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. You really get the impression that the team care about ensuring guests enjoy their stay. A special mention has to go to **Leo** from the entertainment team, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the holiday. He worked tirelessly, kept guests entertained, had a great sense of humour and created a really fun atmosphere around the hotel. He is a real credit to the team. The food has also improved significantly since our previous stay. Everything was consistently hot, fresh and plentiful, which we really appreciated. The only very minor observation would be that the variety of choice could perhaps be slightly broader across the week, but everything we ate was enjoyable and this certainly did not detract from the overall experience. Overall, this holiday exceeded expectations and it was genuinely lovely to return and see how much the hotel has improved over the last year. Excellent flights with Jet2, smooth transfers, a fantastic hotel in an unbeatable location, hardworking staff and a genuinely relaxing holiday from beginning to end. We would happily return again in the future and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending both FERGUS Cactus Garden and Morro Jable to anyone considering a holiday in Fuerteventura. A very well deserved 5 stars from us.

Fabulous location for beach promenade and shops. Staff Especially Pablo informative very helpful and courteous . Nothing too much trouble . Food and rooms wonderful . would definitely recommend .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fergus Cactus Garden and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for our holiday in Morro Jable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s location is simply perfect. It is only a short walk from the beautiful beach, the town centre, shops, restaurants, and the promenade, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was modern, stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every single day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. We were also lucky to have a beautiful view from our balcony, which made every morning and evening even more enjoyable. The food deserves special praise. There was a huge variety of fresh and delicious dishes every day, so there was always something new to try. One of the things we loved the most was the themed dinners, where the cuisine changed every evening, allowing guests to experience flavours from different countries and cultures. It made every dinner feel unique and exciting. The snacks served at the bar throughout the day were also excellent, with plenty of tasty options for everyone. The staff truly make this hotel exceptional. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always smiling. They genuinely care about their guests and are always happy to help with anything you need. A special thank you goes to Patrizia, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, always taking the time to help with any questions or requests with kindness, patience, and genuine warmth. Her dedication and positive attitude made us feel truly valued and at home. The entertainment programme was fantastic as well. There were fun activities during the day and enjoyable evening shows, all organised by an energetic and talented animation team. The animator created a great atmosphere and made sure everyone had a good time, whether you wanted to participate or simply enjoy the entertainment. Overall, Fergus Cactus Garden is a fantastic hotel that offers excellent service, delicious food, comfortable rooms, outstanding cleanliness, and a wonderful atmosphere. We honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fuerteventura, and we would be delighted to return in the future.
