Best Jacaranda

Si tratta di un hotel datato, come la maggior parte delle strutture similari sull’isola. Necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione e di maggiore pulizia (essendo grande e poiché molta gente e’ davvero incivile capisco che non è semplice). Il cibo è fin troppo vario ed abbondante, ma purtroppo scadente. Il personale di sala invece capace ed accogliente. Ma il vero punto di forza è l’animazione (serate divertenti e tante attività) ed il mini club con personale Alpitour. Mio figlio ha adorato la dolce e solare Emma. Vi consiglio quindi questa struttura come punto di appoggio per visitare l’isola (con mezza pensione) e se avete bambini! Il clima è stupendo e Tenerife è una meta piacevole per una settimana

Esperienza molto positiva. Bella struttura situata in posizione strategica rispetto al mare 🌊. Camere ampie e pulite, ci sono state assegnate in posizione strategica, vicino al solarium sul terrazzo e silenziose. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Was better than expected, food was always great , pool was great , hotel was great , everything was to our standard Only gripe was the walls are very very thin as are the doors so if u have a young family next door that’s up at 6am then u will be up at 6am ! The floors make a lot of noise with sofa beds so very annoying if u fancy a lay in on HOLIDAY ! Other than that it was a brilliant holiday for me and 3 teenagers

Stanze grandi e pulite, letti comodi, ottimo ristorante. L'hotel è molto grande, ma bene organizzato e la posizione è ottima per arrivare al mare o ai negozi vicini. Consigliamo il noleggio auto con la possibilità di lasciarla nel garage dell'hotel.

I don't know why there are a lot of bad reviews on the facebook group page. We were pleasantly surprised The hotel is very good value for money. We have one booked for September that is 3 times the cost so you can't compare the two. The room we had was very spacious, Bed very comfortable and we had the most amazing view of the sea. Watching the sunset every night with a drink topped it. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was acceptable some nights better than others. They should have more staff at the cooking stations, one poor guy was trying to cook and serve both ends on his own. The food was cooked with no one to serve it so it was getting burnt while he was at the other end doing wok cooking I did like the fact you were greeted and showed to a seat in the dining room. Some 5* Hotels we have been to you have had to walk around trying to find a table yourself The entertainment was ok most nights. There were a couple of good acts on It did finish around 10.15pm but that was ok as you could go to the piano bar where they had a singer if you wanted to carry on drinking or go out to a bar The pools on the ground floor are noisy and get crowded. The pools on the 5th floor were very peaceful that is until children came screaming using floats and water pistols and jumping in. There are signs to say no inflatables no diving in but no one takes any notice. I think the 5th floor pool should have signs to say quiet pool area or be made adults only. We never had any trouble finding sunbeds, that was a bonus. I read reviews saying not far to the beach. It was about 10min walk. It was ok going downhill but tiring walking back up the hill. For anyone on half board there is a HyperDino across the road for food and drink.
