Estefania Boutique Suites

We had a lovely stay at Estefania! First off the staff are so helpful, and the WhatsApp service they use to communicate with you is really good. We stayed in a studio suite, room was clean, lovely decor and fully equipped kitchen. Pool area was really relaxing, never struggled to get a sunbed, and they are lovely padded sunbeds. Pool a nice temperature too! We hired a car, and never really struggled to get a space in the communal car park. Food was delicious, breakfast had so many options, the freshly squeezed orange juice was a favourite! Lunch by the pool bar had some great options, and reasonably priced. Would definitely return, thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We stayed here for three nights last weekend after extending our holiday and we are so glad we did! Beautiful little quirky boutique hotel in a peaceful location set on a number of levels, note there are no lifts to access and slot of steps but always someone willing to help with luggage! We were given a welcome drink on arrival and shown to the gorgeous outdoor terrace and pool areas where we enjoyed our drinks and a chat with Davide whilst waiting for our room. We were shown to a lovely studio room on 2 floor with a balcony which we had requested by the wonderful Erika, who helped carry our (very heavy!) bags to the room! She really is a huge asset to the hotel, nothing is too much trouble and she really went above and beyond to make our visit the best it could be! Would return just to see her!! The standard of food in the restaurant on the Saturday evening was exceptional both presentation and flavours, with great wine choices to accompany, the Sunday and Monday the restaurant is closed but as half board guests we had an allowance of €40 each per day which could be used on food and drinks, so we had lunch instead, cocktails and drinks throughout the day, and then went out for dinner in the evenings, which allowed us to try some local restaurants too! Taxis are easy to access from here and arrive in a couple of minutes! The rooms have everything you need, we had bottled water each day, a small fridge, oven and hob and coffee machine and kettle. The bathrooms are very well appointed and modern, with bathrobes and slippers, and lovely freestanding bath and separate shower, and rooms have very effective air conditioning. Breakfast was of a high standard, with omelettes cooked to order and plenty of hot and cold options, fruits, good bread selection and fresh orange juice. The best part of this hotel is the staff, Davide, Ana and especially Erika, thank you so much for a lovely stay, we will return! One small issue we had (Erika, you will remember me!) is if you have a late flight and are unable to keep your room (the hotel only has 30+ rooms) there is nowhere to shower and change before heading to the airport, I struggled with this as I like to shower and wash and dry my hair and change before flying home, whilst I appreciate it’s a very small hotel, it wouldn’t take much to provide a small room with shower, hairdryer and towels for guests to use! It wouldn’t put me off returning but would maybe try to book early flight!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to leave this one! I cannot fault this hotel at all. It is beautiful, peaceful and just what I needed. The staff, the food, atmosphere and service was 10/10. I was travelling solo and felt very comfortable and looked after at all times. I will definitely be back!

From the moment we stepped through the front door of Hotel Estefania, we were greeted warmly by Erica on reception. She welcomed us with a lovely glass of bubbles and took the time to show us around, which immediately set the tone for our stay. The entire hotel is absolutely spotless, I didn’t see a single piece of rubbish, dirt, or even an empty glass left unattended. Everything felt immaculate, and there was a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. The cleaning team clearly works incredibly hard and is always on the go. We stayed in a standard suite, which was modern, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a great self-catering area. It felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The pool area is stunning, calm, peaceful, and never overcrowded. We never had an issue getting a sunbed, and they were some of the most comfortable we’ve used. We dined at both Gong and Alma restaurants. Alma, in particular, was absolutely sensational. Every course was full of flavour and perfectly portioned. The menu is varied, which made it easy to try something different each night. Standout dishes for me were the clams, Rossini, and the truffle tagliatelle. Saving the best until last the bar. What truly makes it special is the staff. A big shoutout to Pedro and Ana, who make incredible cocktails. Our favourites were the Sweet Estefania and the vodka sour. The entire bar team, who also serve in Alma, were fantastic and really made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the hotel, but it’s the staff who make it truly exceptional. A massive thank you to the whole team! The only slight downside is the location, it’s about an hour’s walk to Los Cris, Las Americas, and Costa Adeje. That said, we would absolutely return.

Ok, where do u start with this lovely little boutique hotel. This hotel is away from the madness that Tenerife has to offer, so it offers peace and solitude, as well as a little slice of paradise in the sun. We loved the staff, especially Ana (bar and restaraunt) who will always hold a special place in my heart, and also Elena at reception. I thought the breakfast was very good, and we ate at the restarunt for dinner twice out of 5 days and I enjoyed both meals. We also ordered food by the pool and that was good - some of the best fries I ever had! I would say you’d need a car if you plan to travel into the main areas, but we got taxis which can add up, and may not be ideal for everyone especially if you’re on a budget. The public buses are unreliable, so I wouldn’t bother. The local supermarket was disappointing to say the least. They had utterly butterly but no fresh aioli, which is not what I’d expect in Spain. The reason why we mark this down is because our room was a little battered in places. The walls need touching up and the outdoor space was completely overgrown so even if we wanted to use it, we couldn’t. Whilst we were there we saw some workmen doing some “touchups” around the hotel but they need to do this properly and focus on areas to truly make this feel like a luxurious stay for the guests.
