Location is excellent and our bungalow was spacious, lots of storage and hanging space, quiet and well equipped. Pools claimed to have been heated but if so they are not to an acceptable temperature as they were still very cold. Only activities available during our stay was water mat, pool aerobics, kids club and diving experience. As we were leaving more activities were beginning. We were self catering which we were glad of as the restaurant looked basic and busy. The staff were not friendly at all. No one smiles at you or wishes you a nice day. A house maid came to clean our room as we sat at our indoor table eating lunch. We asked for 15 minutes. She looked at us then raised her arms and shoute 15 minutes before storming off. The gym is very hot. No cleaning spray was available until I pointed it out to reception. No conditioner is available in the rooms, only shower gel and shampoo. We used the mercadona 15 minutes walk from the hotel which was much cheaper and had a much better variety than local shops. We had a lovely stay due to the location and size of the room but the customer service was very poor so we would not return.

We stayed for 6 days, 2 adults 2 children. We were half board. We had a fantastic time and can’t fault the place! Some highlights: - so well set up for families, children’s pool was fantastic, multiple play areas, soft play, even a kids area in reception, a kids club, kids disco every night. It was great. Excellent options for children at dinner. The animacion team were fantastic. The staff were brilliant with kids- particularly Lito in the restaurant - thank you - great facilities, lovely accommodation which was cleaned daily - the food was great and even though we arrived late (8:45pm) we were able to have a meal - Great facilities the day you check out including luggage storage and family bathrooms for a shower - extensive pool facilities and plenty of sunbeds, no shortage of these at all and no rushing to put towels out! - everywhere was spotlessly clean We hope to visit again! Thanks for a fantastic stay. Ps I truly don’t understand any negative reviews- maybe just stay in 5* if you aren’t happy with this excellent 4* hotel!

We stayed as a family of 4. First impression- good size apartment with two balconies, one from the main living area and the other from the bedroom. Our apartment overlooked the adults only area with hot tub however we didn't get to use as it was cordoned off the whole time we were there. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge and plates, cutlery etc. Great facilities for kids including kids club daily, play park and pool with water slides. The apartments are very dated and not very clean. Our first day we had ants all around the sink area where I was trying to make bottles up for our baby and in the evening a cockroach ran across the floor! I went to reception the next morning and they sent maintenance round who sprayed something as we could smell it when we came back to the room. It did work as a short while after a cockroach ran under the fridge and came out shortly after dying on the floor 😔, a few more surfaced as the day went on and when housekeeping came to 'clean ' they failed to remove them. Within a day the ants were back again and more cockroches. We stayed b&b and in our first morning we wentbdiwn just after 9am and it was bedlam! It was chaotic and not enjoyable Overall at all, would definitely recommend leaving to closer to 10am before going as it does get quieter. We did not enjoy our stay at all. It does have great facilities for children however the breakfast in the morning is awful - it is like organised chaos and staff are all over the place and not very nice! The apartments are dated and definitely not clean, we had so many issues with bugs (we have stayed in several places in Costa Adeje and never had this issue), you were unable to flush toilet paper down the toilet 😫.
