Hacienda del Conde Melia Collection Golf and Spa

Hotel se nachází na klidném cípu ostrova. Pokoje jsou prostorné a vypadají opravdu jako na internetu, což není vždy pravidlem. Obsluha je velmi přátelská nicméně nehovoří absolutně anglicky... Polopenze je skvělá a odpovídá ceně. Hotel je famózně koncipovaný tak, že nepotkáváte skoro nikoho a celkově působí velmi subtilně, ač je na plochu obrovský. Problémem trochu je čistota, kdyby hotel měl 3 hvězdičky, tak nic neřeknu, ale od pěti-hvězdy bych čekal trochu více. Ale suma sumárum je to skvělé místo na odpočinek, kde vám nebude nic chybět.

Wonderful staff, welcoming and positive. A lot of local people employed which is refreshing. Accommodation was excellent - very quiet and peaceful, albeit in quiet season. Had dinner at Montenegro Restaurante and this was a first class experience - would recommend to all - at least once per visit. The food selection at breakfast is one of the best we have experienced - and takes lots of time to decide. Whole development is first class and we would recommend to all and will certainly return - hopefully soon!!!

We recently stayed for over a week. The hotel and the room were fantastic - immaculate, uncrowded, with exceptional service. Our ocean view suite was perfect (minus the chain smoking German businesswoman next door who was constantly outside on the balcony using her phone speaker... not the hotel's fault). The pool was rarely busy, with ample availability of loungers even on busy days, and we were often the only people in the water. The grounds were perfectly kept. Overall, it felt every bit the luxury escape. The main gripe is the restaurants which felt like a bit of a con. First off - the buffet is extortionately expensive... 48€ per head, plus overpriced wine, plus automatic service charge (for a buffet!!!) meant we paid 165€ for two people for one night. For a slightly above average buffet! The neighbouring restaurant is slightly better value, but there are some sharp practices there. You're brought a bread basket on arrival without prompting, which is fairly standard fare, until you see it added to the bill at the end! Same deal with water. The food was fairly nice, but nothing special. Again, service charge was added without asking. There is excellent food in local restaurants for a mere fraction of the price. Unless you are completely immobile, I'd avoid the hotel food, with the exception of the breakfast which is excellent. Overall, it's a lovely place, but the captive-audience-baiting restaurant grift took the shine off a considerable amount.

Very good third stay. This stay at Hacienda del Conde was our third stay since may 2025. I rated 5* for the exceptional welcome and service received from the colleagues at the Hotel. The front office was simply phenomenal: Magdalena, Sandro and Rita (to name a few of them) were fantastic (and also Yolanda at the Spa)! The food and beverage was equally good and we definitely felt welcome (back) and recognised. Most importantly , the front office and restaurant staff are consistent with the level of service they deliver. We tried the spa for the first time and I recommend booking a treatment. Excellent and very relaxing. However, we felt like the housekeeping did not deliver compare to our previous stays. The morning service was good but we never received a consistent turn down service. We stayed for six nights and the turn down was only done three times, always with different standards. Not a big deal, but it is with these details that a hotel makes a difference. Finally, and on a personal note, it feels like the management of the hotel is no where to be seen. Once again, not a deal breaker but it is always a nice touch to meet all the colleagues (including the management) at a property especially when returning at a hotel. We stayed in various "resort" properties and on numerous occasions, a welcome cocktail with management was organised or managers introduced themselves during our stays. We will be back as we definitely LOVE Hacienda del Conde and we just hope that the little issues mentioned above will then be resolved.

We loved our stay at the Hacienda. Yes, it’s a long transfer but worth it when you arrive, away from the normal Tenerife. We didn’t play golf, or go on long walks, but the adjacent course and landscape looked wonderful. Our Junior Suite was generous and had a great sea view. Very nice breakfasts, freshly prepared - top notch. Our one issue occurred with the hotel organised transfer back to the airport. There was clearly a mix-up and no car arrived but the staff on hand took the matter in hand and provided a solution that we were happy with. Good service all round. We ate out quite a bit, enjoying both the resto at the sea and different venues in the nearby town. All in all a tremendous Tay and w hope to return.
