Hotel se nachází na klidném cípu ostrova. Pokoje jsou prostorné a vypadají opravdu jako na internetu, což není vždy pravidlem. Obsluha je velmi přátelská nicméně nehovoří absolutně anglicky... Polopenze je skvělá a odpovídá ceně. Hotel je famózně koncipovaný tak, že nepotkáváte skoro nikoho a celkově působí velmi subtilně, ač je na plochu obrovský. Problémem trochu je čistota, kdyby hotel měl 3 hvězdičky, tak nic neřeknu, ale od pěti-hvězdy bych čekal trochu více. Ale suma sumárum je to skvělé místo na odpočinek, kde vám nebude nic chybět.

Location - I read a lot of talk about the trip from Tenerife South to the hotel, would I recommend it as a first drive in a hire car at sunset or in the dark, definitely not. The taxi ride for us was enough.....but once you get to the hotel the views and the hotel itself are beautiful. Hotel - we stopped in a junior suite, very nice, plenty of room with all you need for a luxury stay. Staff keep everything immaculately clean. Our only gripe was the floor tile replacement near our room that took two days with impact drills and a lot of noise, we had no prior notice. Pools, grounds, restaurant, public areas all very good, super clean. Bars - good selection of drinks and cocktails, a little expensive (G&T and Bac&Coke approaching 30 euros) but probably 5* prices. Main Restaurant - good selection, very nice quality, setting beautiful, staff very good. The only negative was the buffet food just wasn't hot, it was cooked well but it was only warm once on the plate (this has been the main point to drop from a 5 to a 4). To give a full story they will cook other mains on a hot plate to order so the "warm" refers to food you help yourself too. Italian Restaurant - setting beautiful, staff very good but food only okay, I probably prefer the warm buffet. So overall a beautiful hotel with stunning views, staff are excellent, rooms are excellent, journey from south is challenging but worth it, food was good but not hot. Would we go again? Yes, when the new tunnel opens and if food warming could be sorted.

Excellent hideaway hotel tucked in on the NW coast of Tenerife on a 5 km wide shelf between los Gigantes cliffs (600 m) and the coast. Perfect if you want to golf on the connected buenavista course and enjoy the nature, plants, birds and rocky coastline walks. Rooms (junior suite) are large, quiet and comfortable. There are separate lounger/seating spaces scattered through the hotel and around the calm swimming pools. The restaurant menus are well thought through and chefs have time to prepare veal, pork and fish steaks to your order. Staff are friendly and attentive throughout the hotel. If you're driving there from South (TFS) stay on TF-82 till 100 m before restaurant Mirador de la Garachico (waypoint) and then turn down (500m descent) the TF-421 (relatively wide) to get to the coast and Buenavista -> GPS navigation seems to love the tiny roads going through villages, which are challenging.

Fabulous immaculate hotel. Exceptional, welcoming and attentive staff who nothing was too much trouble. and they were, as a whole, very impressive. Good food, good amenities, rooms clean and well attended. Used golf club and again staff were exceptionally helpful. Course excellent condition.

We had a fantastic stay at this high-end luxury hotel, which offers spacious, lovely rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and truly excellent staff throughout. The culinary experience was largely wonderful. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of selection, and while the dinner buffet also offered a great variety, it felt a bit on the expensive side for what was provided. When it comes to wellness and relaxation, the top-quality sauna was a standout highlight. However, the gym facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. During our visit, the rowing machines, treadmills, and stationary bicycles were not in proper working order. To match the hotel's otherwise high-end luxury standards, management really needs to invest in reliable, professional gear, equipping the gym with Concept2 equipment, for instance, would make a massive difference. If these fitness center upgrades are completed, this hotel would easily sit comfortably among a select few truly top-quality 5-star properties.
