Hotel sam o sobe je nadherny. Zvenku, uvnitr, atrium, zahrady, bazeny, ta nejvic top bufetova restaurace, i vetsina cisniku a lide z recepce jsou mili, krasne to vsude voni ... ALE? Na 5* spousta nedotazeni. I kdyz ma clovek plnou penzi a dokoupi si napoje na den “bez omezeni” za nemale penize, ceka trapne jak pitomec, nez si ho nekdo na baru vsimne a pak jeste musi podepisovat ucty.., to neni normalni. Malem jsme kolikrat v tom horku umreli zizni a to si sli jen pro vody! Nealko, nebo aspon vody, by mely byt volne kdykoliv pristupne a ne na objednavani! Uklid pokoju - u nas tragedie. 5dni jsme cekali na vylesteni zrcadel od neciho cela, ze srandy do nej kremem udelali i oci a nos. Vymena rucniku az po 3dnech, kdy jsme si o to vylozene rekli, pak prevlekla i postele, jinak by nic nebylo. Hlavni bufet restaurace - uzasna!!! Jen ty cekacky u vchodu dosti ponizujici. Ale resi to moznost objednani terasy na cas, coz je skvele a vyuzivali jsme. Sushi restaurace = tragedie! Cekali jsme 1/2hodiny nez nam dali vodu, dalsich 15min na kartu, ostatni hosty dosle po nas pritom obsluhovali. Personal neprijemny, az arogantni. Jidlo chabe, se sushi x japonskymi delikatesami nema co cinit. Obdobne strasne i Osa bar na veceri. Myslim, ze je stale co u zamestnancu v takovem hotelu napravovat x je vice hlidat. Aby meli hoste opravdu pocit, ze si za sve penize patricny nadstandart uziji a nebudou mit pocit, ze jsou prehlizeni ci na obtiz. Kazdopadne - pres vse vyse napsane to byl skvely zazitek a verim, ze se nekdy opet vratime. Urcite doporucuji, ze zkusenosti z jinych hotelu na Tenerife byl tento opravdu TOP.

Well what a croc of rubbish we are staying at this hotel and have paid for the privilege of red level honestly don’t bother the red level is next to the ordinary beds. The infinitely pool is fantastic but at red level you get the lounge which is basic the oasis bar area is closed so is the ice cream counter so for the extra for red level is a complete waste of time. The service because the oasis bar is closed is next to nothing I spoke to a lady who has been here four occassions and even she has said never again at red level The hotel is beautiful but you have to que for the buffet restaurant in the evening even if you are red level so you might as well go to a normal room and enjoy all the hotel has to offer it is a lovely hotel but red level is non existent

All inclusive Red level. God forbid you might like a drink in the evening in main entertainment area. You have to chase waiters down to even manager to spend the 10k inclusive fee! Ridiculous. Rooms are run down. Chaotic organisation of entertainment. Thoroughly pissed off with the hotel. Reception ish, unless you are Spanish. Restaurants fully booked….but not really! Rude staff. Will not be returning. Rome Melia is 100% better. Over priced. Not a five star

Had 10 nights here with family and a few other families so there were 14 of us in total. Stayed in a deluxe family room, it was spacious but had some maintenance issues including smell from drains, wobbly shower tiles and dated/stained patio furniture there was no real view just one of an unused pool. Also slippers were provided but no robes. The hotel grounds were really big and beautiful, the views from the sunset bar were breathtaking and it’s a major highlight of the hotel in my opinion. There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from we had a mix of buffet nights and alacarte nights and enjoyed every meal to be honest we didn’t have a bad meal. The buffet felt incredibly busy in the mornings between 9-10:30 so I would reccomend going at 8 if you can to avoid it being busy. It’s also very odd in the mornings there’s never any teaspoons for coffee and tea had to always use dessert spoon. There was plenty of choice at the buffet. One thing I think could be better is cocktails at lunch and dinner you are only allowed wine or beer. The pools, this was abit of a let down for a few reasons, the family one was possibly the best but very deep for a family pool and incredibly crowded can’t get a bed there unless you are there first thing and stay at the bed. The saltwater pool is great and has great views but had the odd maintenance issue and round the pool is grass where the beds are and every morning the grass is soaking wet and muddy so you constantly have muddy feet, also same for the beds a little dated in my opinion and don’t all have cushions but also first thing until atleast maybe 11am they are soaking wet. The splash park for kids is great and the pirate pool and although limited seating you do get pool bar service there, it’s actually better service there than any other pool. At the other pools you really need to go up to a bar for a drink and sadly it was all in paper cups which really spoilt the drinks. Some days would have plastic ones but very rarely. I didn’t get to use the adults only as I was with my children but it looked nice there and very chilled. There were no real standout members of staff except for at the steak restaurant the staff in there were so attentive, but that was additional charge restaurant. There was no late check out available but there is a shower room you can use on the day of check out which is ok, basic but ok. The entertainment in the hotel is great but again drinks service limited as it’s busy and they can’t get round everyone I felt. The day and night entertainment for kids was varied and really good. Kids loved it. The spa by Clarins and spa facilities were beautiful had a treatment which was quite expensive but very good and the staff in the spa were all lovely and brilliant. The location is ok the resort is so big we didn’t really want or need to leave anyway but the small town nearby is nice and the sea views and coastal walk is lovely and it’s not too far from Tenerife south airport. I would recommend but I probably won’t return, I would also say it’s not 5 star it’s securely more a 4 star just to manage expectations in my opinion.

We stayed here about 7 years ago and have always wanted to go back. We stayed for 10 nights all inclusive recently and we had the best stay!! Initially we were a little late getting our room and they missed a bed but this was all sorted very quickly! Every part of our stay was lovely, the food, the staff, the entertainment is all great. We ate at all the restaurants we were able to with our kids and all of the food was great, even the food on the buffet was top notch and there was always lots to choose from! Drinks also very good and all branded! The entertainment in the day was an added bonus, the kids loved it - especially the paddle boarding and the pool party - that was so much fun! My youngest also loved the splash park. The hotel is spotless, staff are always cleaning and maintaining. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Even though we were there in the holidays it never felt crowded. You did have to get up early if you wanted a certain spot at the pool but there were always beds available. We loved every minute!
