Maritim Tenerife

Beautiful and relaxing hotel. We stayed in the sea view suite and it was incredibly peaceful — falling asleep to the sound of the ocean felt like natural white noise. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast views were lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

My stay at the hotel itself was actually pleasant — the facilities and overall experience were good. However, what happened afterward completely ruined my impression. After my stay, I faced a serious issue regarding a reservation cancellation. I cancelled through the hotel’s official website, and my profile clearly showed no active reservations, which I understood as confirmation. Despite this, I was later charged 50 EUR without any clear explanation. What is most disappointing is not only the charge itself, but the complete lack of professionalism in handling the situation. I sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue and requested escalation to management, but I received no proper response. It is extremely frustrating when a hotel provides a good stay experience, but fails entirely in customer service and communication afterward. A professional hotel should take responsibility for its system errors and respect its guests enough to respond and resolve issues promptly. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I would advise future guests to be very cautious with bookings and cancellations. Gréta Labidi

Amazing staff, ambience and stunning views

Great location and close to old town. Its only 30-35 min walk or less than 10 min drive. Very easily accessible by car. They offer free shuttle bus to the old town however, it should be more frequent. The hotel should offer complementary hotel parking for guests with cars. Parking is free on the road or near the baseball field if you find it. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Francisco. He went out of his way to get us concert tickets as there was an issue with the credit card. Great customer service! Breakfast was always plentiful with lots of selection. The egg station should offer more choices in eggs such as tomatoes, peppers and onions. Overall great hotel and would definitely come back.

The whole experience was fabulous. The hotel is perched on the rocks directly on the seafront, with views of the black rocks and huge waves! The public areas are stylish and comfy. The staff are excellent. Special mention to barman José Antonio, and wait staff .. Eduardo and Mercedes who went out of their way to make our experience perfect. The rooms were exceptionally clean, big, light and airy. The food at the bar/cafe was great. Pool warm and fairly tranquil. Shuttle to the town nearby. All together we had a special relaxing time.
