A beautiful hotel in spectacular cliff location, surrounded by tropical gardens. Amazing spacious and well-designed hotel facilities (bar, restaurant, pool and fitness areas) and comfortable rooms. Comfortable, clean room with a comfy bed, efficient, quiet air conditioning, and a nice little balcony with beautiful sea views. Great daily cleaning service and friendly staff all round. The hotel restaurant was very accommodating and organised gluten free bread and pastries for breakfast for me. The hotel is in a quieter part of town, a fairly long walk into town , so if you book, be aware you will likely need to use the hotel shuttle or taxi (very affordable) later in the evening. I also recommend renting a car to make the most of the island.

Location is very good. Next to Puerto de la Cruz and walking distance from Loro Parque. Located on a beautiful cliff with amazing sunsets. Atmosphere is nice and calm. The lobby and the terrace overlooking the ocean are beautiful. Rooms are nice (we stayed in a room overlooking the ocean) . Service is excellent , food is good. Very nice three swimming pools (one heated), the gardens are amazing. For us it was also a base to tour the island. We really recommend. Excellent value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at Precise Resort in Tenerife. The resort is beautiful, welcoming and very relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings and the overall quality of the resort. Everything was well organised and made our stay truly enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Precise Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Tenerife. I would happily return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Precise in Tenerife. The location right by the ocean is amazing, and the whole resort is beautiful and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere around the pool, with live music creating the perfect holiday feeling. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was a highlight every morning. The staff were always warm and friendly, everything was very clean, and the bar in the evening had a great atmosphere with delicious drinks. We felt very comfortable from the first day.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and then headed south. We regretted not staying longer... We loved everything – from the friendly staff, spotless cleanliness, and varied breakfast to the beautiful ocean view from the terrace and restaurant, the lush botanical garden, and the excellent pool complex. We particularly liked the pools because they were clean, warm, and never crowded. We often enjoyed the upper pool (located in the botanical garden) completely to ourselves. Our child had the most fun playing mini-golf. We also appreciated the attention given to children – a kids' cosmetic set and crayons welcomed us in our suite. The suite is truly spacious, quiet, with plenty of storage space and as many as 2 balconies. Loro Parque is just a ten-minute walk away, while we took our car to the center of the charming town – the drive took about ten minutes (you can always find free parking around the hotel, and in the afternoon, close to the town center as well). The only downside of our stay (though this is not the hotel's fault) was the smell of sewage outdoors (not in the room) – Tenerife clearly has a major issue with its sewage system. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
