Maritim Tenerife

Truly greatful for our experiance to the staff of this hotel. Unfortunately due to some urgent changes we could only spend one night in this great Resort but that did leave a very positive mark. Upon evening arrival we checked in at the reception with Kristina who was very kind, patient and professional. She explained all about the facilities and answered all our questions with a smile. We already had a great welcoming from the first minutes. The positive surprised continued when we entered our room and realized that we got a room upgrade to Ocean View plus some sweet gifts due to the fact that we are spending our honeymoon in Tenerife. Truly grateful for these special touches for the Resort staff! Room equipment is great, the hotel facilities are also awesome, with a bar, pools, minigolf and ocean side location. Our breakfast experiance was also exceptional, all the food was well prepared and tasty and a good variety was provided. I wished to stay way longer than one night, especially due to the kindness of all the staff we encointered! Thank you

Amazing staff, ambience and stunning views

Great location and close to old town. Its only 30-35 min walk or less than 10 min drive. Very easily accessible by car. They offer free shuttle bus to the old town however, it should be more frequent. The hotel should offer complementary hotel parking for guests with cars. Parking is free on the road or near the baseball field if you find it. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Francisco. He went out of his way to get us concert tickets as there was an issue with the credit card. Great customer service! Breakfast was always plentiful with lots of selection. The egg station should offer more choices in eggs such as tomatoes, peppers and onions. Overall great hotel and would definitely come back.

The whole experience was fabulous. The hotel is perched on the rocks directly on the seafront, with views of the black rocks and huge waves! The public areas are stylish and comfy. The staff are excellent. Special mention to barman José Antonio, and wait staff .. Eduardo and Mercedes who went out of their way to make our experience perfect. The rooms were exceptionally clean, big, light and airy. The food at the bar/cafe was great. Pool warm and fairly tranquil. Shuttle to the town nearby. All together we had a special relaxing time.
