Melia Costa Atlantis

Back from a great 4 night stay! Travelled as 2 adults & a 12 year-old. Hotel delivers on all levels... Rooms are modern and clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. Food is great with a wide selection to suit all tastes. Staff are all lovely and very helpful. Pool area is fantastic and there was always a sunbed available! We booked Level up... we had an exclusive area for breakfast and from 4pm to 5pm, you get snacks and drinks included! Not to mention it comes with a sea view room! Worth every penny! Slight niggles (if I was to be really picky): . Room on the small side for the 3 of us . We had no English TV channels . Lifts are very slow and small (lots of waiting). We were on 9th floor so did need the lift. Can't recommend this hotel enough! We will be back!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 10-night stay and had such a lovely holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the lobby and bar area, which always felt welcoming and had a great atmosphere. The pool was fantastic too – plenty of space to relax and a great place to spend the day. The food was another highlight of our stay. There was lots of variety each day, and everything we tried was fresh and really tasty, so there was always something to look forward to. The housekeeping staff were always so friendly and polite. They regularly checked if we needed anything and were always smiling, which made us feel very well looked after. A very special mention has to go to Miguel (bar staff), who truly made our holiday extra special. He took the time to get to know us, asking where we were from and showing a genuine interest in us both. He even remembered our drinks order, which was such a thoughtful touch. His kindness, friendliness and exceptional service really stood out, and he consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a fantastic holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Excellent hotel, thiroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's in the perfect location, in the centre but away from noise. The decor is very tasteful. The food was great; best hotel pancakes I've had, & lots of options at dinner. The best thing though is that the staff are consistently excellent. We found this in every area of the hotel. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

We have recently returned from a great week at this hotel. The hotel is in a great position on the sea front and it was calming to hear the waves at night. The hotel is family and dog friendly although there were not many children there during our stay. The atmosphere was calm and laid back. We had two rooms booked and were lucky enough to have them next to each other. They were light and airy. The beds were very comfortable. The air con in our room was adequate but very noisy in the second room booked. The bathroom had a large walk in shower but is starting to look tired with mould around the shower screen and ceiling. The rooms were cleaned but we noticed dirty footprints on the floor when we arrived which were still there when we left. The pool is lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds. This may not be the case in busy times. The pool does not have a very shallow end and may not be suitable for young children. The children's pool is just a paddling pool. The food is good. We especially enjoyed the sushi and breakfast was always good. The only criticism is the food was not hot. The staff were very friendly - including reception, pool bar and dining staff. We stayed on a half board basis and would consider staying here again if we ever returned to this resort.
