Hotel was absolutely beautiful and the buffet for half board was delicious at both breakfast and dinner. Exceptional room service provided as well. Room was always immaculate except for a slightly dirty floor but that was the only issue. Pool looked as though it needed some maintenance due to dirty looking floors but was always warm and it was nice not having to fight for loungers. Public areas were always quiet as the location is fairly remote and the evening entertainment was cheesy but fun. Staff were always helpful and cheery. Overall an excellent experience with the exception of one issue. Received a note on the second day (of a 3 day stay) saying an exclusive gift was available, just text/speak to a specific staff member at reception before the last day. Waited for half an hour with no one able to explain why or what the wait was for. After complaining at reception due to wasting the last few hours of the holiday, someone finally explained that it was a paid membership to the Melia Circle that would provide an "exclusive gift". Whilst I appreciate it was not at all the fault of the staff member and that they were just carrying out their job duties, the way it was framed was completely deceptive and I'd have rather just been told up front rather than having my holiday imposed on, leaving a sour taste shortly before checking out. Overall, would recommend.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing get away. Amazing views plus the staff do everything to make it the best experience from cleanliness, stunning meals everyday and incredibly friendly. Especially, the pool bar Jesus and colleagues work tirelessly all day to ensure you are happy and have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Just left this hotel and honestly its 1 of the best we ever stayed at. Myself and friend away for a girls holiday and the whole experience was brilliant. Pool staff were absolutely exceptional especially Alberto, Olga, and Jesus. The reception staff and upstairs bar also brilliant. The entertainment was ok but could be better though. Food lovely. Room was huge too. A few negatives are only lot of lifts to use if stairs are hard for you which gave me vertigo but thats a me issue. We had an unpleasant experience with a security guard on our last night he was extremely aggressive and grabbed my friends arm but we reported it to reception and we felt they took it seriously and we're satisfied with the response. 5 stars off me and we will definitely return.

Á great experience from start to finish. Polite and welcoming staff ( especially Nicole). Lovely room, great evening entertainment Im á very relaxing environment. The whole hotel is very clean and the pool area is fabulous - again brilliant, friendly staff. Great selection of food for breakfast. Just be careful it’s on a hillside over 6 floors and many elevators and might not suit you if you have mobility issues. Overall EXCELLENT.

Amazing stay, staff friendly, especially those working pool side in the bar! If we were to visit again, we would consider going all inclusive. Cost of drinks are extremely expensive - bar snacks just as expensive for very small portions. Nearby supermarkets were great however. Variety of bar snacks is quite small, would be good for these to change a few times per week, mainly for those not all inclusive. Also to note, cash not accepted which we were not aware of before visiting. Breakfast was amazing, huge amount of choice and lovely outdoor seating. Walking to the beach is very hilly, so good shoes required. Thankfully, very easy to get taxis from reception to restaurants etc. Gorgeous views, great pool, lovely rooms. Only thing we would ask for is fresh bedding. Stayed for 9 nights and bedding was not changed, but not a major issue. Entertainment brilliant! Great variety and lovely outdoor seating in the evening with a sea view, perfect!! Overall great, would recommend and would go all inclusive if returning.
