TUI BLUE Atlantic Hills

Large room but very little storage, a metal rack with a few hangers and one drawer, only one chair for 2 people. Bathroom tired and in need of a makeover. Lovely view of Mount Teide. Breakfast good, omelette very good, but dinner great for vegan/ vegetarian, but very little choice of British menu. Staff overall friendly but tended to favour regular guests. Good drink choice if somewhat expensive. 150 plus steps to resort, but easier by the road way, taxi back up only 4.50 €. Lovely park area close to hotel but no shops or bars. All of hotel grounds/pool in direct sunlight nowhere to sit in the shade. Some areas only available to Club guests but no information given how to upgrade. Last minute cheap deal but unfortunately would not stay again.

I loved This hotel! Incredibly clean, fresh food with lots of options and the staff were wonderful. So friendly and attentive. Being in the north of the island it can get overcast but normally cleared by late morning. It’s. 15min walk into town with lots of charm and not over touristy but if you don’t like hills be prepared to use a taxi as it is a steep walk back. TUI says it’s a 2hr transfer but don’t let that put you off. We only had one stop before us and a clear road so it only took just over an hour. I would definitely recommend this hotel and am already Planning myNext trip!

I have never written a review but this hotel deserves one. My husband and I did our research as everyone should when booking their holiday. We knew the location, was aware of steps down to the town and sea front, we wanted a view, breeze and greenery and that’s exactly what we got. This hotel has everything, the charm of this boutique hotel felt like you were in someone’s home, yes the rooms are smaller yes there isn’t a lot of storage but go prepared and you won’t be disappointed. The staff are amazing and always happy to help, always greeted with a smile. Big shout out to Vanessa & Jessica who both made our holiday a special one, we laughed and danced and they made us feel special, thank you ☺️ and to Jorge the hotel Manager, your hotel is special, keep up the great work. No complaints about the food, always fresh and plenty of choices, the hotel itself and rooms were spotless, honestly we couldn’t fault anything. Go wander through the town, with its great local restaurants and bars. Loro Parque is a must and only €7 taxi and less than 10 mins from the hotel, a great day out. Early July the weather was perfect, sunshine every day. TUI Blue Atlantic Hills, thank you for your hospitality, we will be back 👍

Just returned from this hotel, which I would recommend. It’s set in beautiful surroundings great views over Puerto de la Cruz. There is a lovely park to the left of the hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean and smells so fresh where ever you go. The pool area and jacuzzi area are peaceful, they all have fantastic views. The staff are all fantastic and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The food was excellent, we found plenty of choice. You can eat inside or outside for breakfast and evening meal. The large beds in the room are very comfortable, we slept very well because it was quiet we didn’t hear any noise. Unfortunately there is a lack of storage space, we had to keep some things in our case. There is a fridge in the room and a hairdryer. We had an issue with the air conditioning, however this was fixed and the room was cool. I would recommend downloading the app because this had information about everything in the hotel and you can book on any of the activities using this. You can even report any problems on this too. There are a couple of nice bars within 5 minutes walk both have good views. To the left of the hotel you can find Alberto’s Bar it’s a bit hidden away so best to look on google maps. To the left you will find the Terraza Taoro which is a cafe/bar. There is some entertainment in the hotel in the evenings in the bar area if you didn’t want to venture out. In the town of Puerto de la Cruz there is always a good atmosphere with plenty of bars and restaurants. We will certainly return to this holiday very good value for a lovely hotel.

One of the best hotels in Tenerife. Certainly in the north (granted that may be a short list) Absolutely amazing selection and quality of food for evening and dinner. Pool was brilliant, quiet, relaxing, great views and had a poolside bar. The drinks and food were a little expensive but again quality was good so did see many enjoy around the mid day mark. There is a lovely restaurant on site that if you are staying over 4 days you get to eat in without an additional charge and the whole thing was brilliant. Rooms all vary a fair amount so if you are looking to treat yourself then I would recommend. The “swim up rooms” are a little disappointing with it being more akin to a private pool for a handful of people. The main pool area is most certainly quiet and peaceful enough to avoid that extra charge IMO. Activities with the team where great and we took park in yoga, cocktail making and water aerobics. One of the few downsides was there was 2/3 members of staff that were extremely rude to many guests and made the atmosphere a little awkward when ordering food and checking in. The check in at 1.30am on Wednesday night/ Thursday morning 25/07/26 should be looked into. A lady with brunette hair on shift was amazingly abrupt and rude. Put ourselves and the other 2 couples n edge and was borderline aggressive. Aside from this I would recommend this hotel many times over and had a fantastic stay.
