Hotel Club Sungo by Pickalbatros

I love the hotel the rooms and staff amazing everywhere always so clean food of a high standard . We are finding it very remote although we are going to go to the city which you can do by shuttle . We are here at the moment till 1st oct in room 1116 I’m disappointed that we did say it was a special celebration holiday our 40 th wedding anniversary and was hoping they may have done something for us but never mind . My husband did arrange a special table for our anniversary and my birthday but they done nothing with table which he was very disappointed about We do not like the fact that the drinks are serviced in plastic even in the main bars in the evening and they don’t seem very clean . We are loving the quiet pools . The music is always the same every day needs to change . The bar seem to pick and choose who they want to serve I will do a final review when we leave

We had a fantastic holiday at Sungo Pickalbatros, and the kids had an amazing time! The entertainment team were absolutely brilliant and really made our holiday extra special. A massive shout-out to Dora and Sifo, who were both amazing, so friendly, full of energy and fantastic with the kids. They made sure everyone was having fun and created some lovely memories. All the staff around the hotel were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home.

One of the best hotels ive ever stayed in from the food to the friendly staff. Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun relaxing getaway.

Had a fantastic experience. Absoloutly will return again! All the staff are amazing especially the entertainment staff! Absoloutly amazing!

We stayed here for a lovely week away, the hotel was spotless and had great food choices even for picky eaters. The entertainment team were brilliant and had our girls joining in the yoga, archery and they enjoyed the kids club. Low noise, spotless rooms and good size balcony. Great value for money for some winter sun. The evening entertainment was good with the mini kids disco and karaoke, a pool party including for the children. Good location from the airport. All in all an excellent enjoyable holiday perfect for families. A great atmosphere.
