Hotel Club Sungo by Pickalbatros

In our last couple of days at the hotel, we got to know Sara from the kids club, and she was really lovely. The animation team overall is friendly, and she definitely stands out in the way she interacts with the kids.

My partner and I recently stayed at Pickalbatros Club Sangho Marrakech and had a really enjoyable holiday. The resort is spacious, well-kept, and has a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. One of the highlights for us was the free shuttle service into Marrakech. It was a great bonus and made it easy to explore the city without having to worry about arranging transport ourselves. The waterpark was also great fun and provided plenty of entertainment during the day. Whether you’re travelling as a couple or with family, it’s a nice feature to have on-site and adds something extra to the stay. The food was generally good with enough variety to keep things interesting throughout the week, and we found the staff friendly and hardworking. The only minor thing worth mentioning is that there were quite a few bees around the bar area during the day. They weren’t aggressive and mostly kept to themselves, but we’d recommend keeping drinks covered when possible as they seem attracted to sweet beverages. Overall, we had a lovely stay and felt the hotel offered very good value for money. We’d happily return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Marrakech getaway with plenty of facilities and activities on offer. Special thanks to Tito, Bouchra, Ayoub, and all the amazing waiting staff and chefs for doing a great job.

We had a very pleasant stay at Pickalbatros Club Sangho in Marrakech. The hotel offers great amenities, well-maintained facilities, and a good range of activities for both adults and children. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed during our stay. The food was varied and enjoyable, with plenty of options available throughout the day. A special mention goes to the animation team, who were fantastic. Special shout out to Tito who we spoke to several times, a true gentleman always has a smile on his face and a lovely attitude. They worked incredibly hard to keep guests entertained and did a great job engaging the children with fun activities and games. Their enthusiasm really helped create a positive atmosphere around the resort. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would happily recommend the hotel to families looking for a fun and comfortable stay in Marrakech.

Just back from spending 7 days here with friends in a group of 6. What a place and the staff are amazing as previously. All staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you especially Tito, Abdou, Sifo, Muhammad all the rest of the animation team, great fun with plenty to do and try and get everyone involved and just as competitive as us all. Bar staff looked after us very well within the hotel. Management great also. There is plenty of choices for food throughout the day wither breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks, including ice creams and lollys, plenty of choices for kids and activities for them also. We were in room 2338 and it was cleaned daily to such a high standard, the cleaner was also friendly. Alan and friend's!

Beautiful hotel exceptionally clean staff are all very accommodating. Especially the Animation team Tito Mohammed and all the rest make the holiday experience first class
