Annaliza Aparthotel

I have just returned from a week at the Annaliza. The accommodation is typically Greek basic but clean, just what we were expecting for the price we paid. There is plenty of room if 4 are sharing. The kitchenette has the basic amenities you need and the bathroom was adequate. The swimming pool and surrounding area is lovely, its was so peaceful and plenty of sunbeds. The food and drinks by the pool was ideal for breakfast or lunch and reasonably priced. All staff were lovely and despite some of the reviews were helpful and accommodating. The location is ideal for the sea front at Ipsos. My only suggestion is that if you are thinking of going to Corfu to party this isn't the place to stay, this accommodation suits anyone who wants to chill. The accommodation supplies plug on mozzi repellant for the rooms but i suggest you take your own sprays if you are susceptible to being bitten as there were a lot of people who had been bitten in the resort. If you want air con you need to pay an additional fee which is 7 euros a night. All in all it was a really enjoyable week away.

Had apt.overlooking pool,It was very clean and everything acceptable.The breakfast was nicely presented,a choice of three continental breakfasts.The pool area is neat and tidy and very relaxing to sit round .We had a family with two teens adjoining us ,but had no noise filtering through to our rooms .On arrival,which was quite late the staff were very friendly and helped us up with our cases.All the staff were friendly and chatty . This is an old hotel,but from our experience everything was clean . Would return .

Esperienza a dir poco orribile, probabilmente la peggiore mai avuta in una struttura ricettiva. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente scortese, indisponibile e per nulla tollerante nei confronti degli ospiti. Le camere sono fatiscenti, trascurate e caratterizzate dalla presenza di insetti. La pulizia è praticamente inesistente e ci si ritrova a vivere in condizioni di sporcizia davvero inaccettabili. Nel complesso, una struttura che definirei la peggiore in cui abbia mai soggiornato, assolutamente inadeguata e lontanissima dagli standard minimi che ci si aspetterebbe. Non ci tornerei nemmeno sotto minaccia e sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornarvi. --- An absolutely horrible experience, probably the worst I have ever had at an accommodation. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful and showed absolutely no tolerance towards guests. The rooms are run-down, poorly maintained and infested with insects. Cleaning is practically non-existent, leaving guests having to live in genuinely unacceptable levels of dirt and neglect. Overall, I would describe this as the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at, completely inadequate and nowhere near the minimum standards one would expect. I would not return even under threat, and I strongly advise anyone against staying here.

Absolutely fantastic apartment with a very clean and immaculate pool and grounds with true to life photos shown. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond, making a very special holiday. This was our 3rd year staying here and already booked for 2027. Very clean and welcoming. Great location within 5 minutes walk of the beach and fabulous restaurants and supermarkets.

We had a 4 night stay beginning of June 2026. We travelled as a couple, along with another couple. Had read reviews prior to our stay which were a little concerning. However, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were basic and clean, adequate for what we needed. The staff were always friendly. Rooms cleaned each day. Pool was lovely, Was nice and quiet sitting round the pool late afternoon. Apartments a very short walk to the beach front and bars/restaurants.
