Annaliza Aparthotel

Esperienza a dir poco orribile, probabilmente la peggiore mai avuta in una struttura ricettiva. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente scortese, indisponibile e per nulla tollerante nei confronti degli ospiti. Le camere sono fatiscenti, trascurate e caratterizzate dalla presenza di insetti. La pulizia è praticamente inesistente e ci si ritrova a vivere in condizioni di sporcizia davvero inaccettabili. Nel complesso, una struttura che definirei la peggiore in cui abbia mai soggiornato, assolutamente inadeguata e lontanissima dagli standard minimi che ci si aspetterebbe. Non ci tornerei nemmeno sotto minaccia e sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornarvi. --- An absolutely horrible experience, probably the worst I have ever had at an accommodation. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful and showed absolutely no tolerance towards guests. The rooms are run-down, poorly maintained and infested with insects. Cleaning is practically non-existent, leaving guests having to live in genuinely unacceptable levels of dirt and neglect. Overall, I would describe this as the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at, completely inadequate and nowhere near the minimum standards one would expect. I would not return even under threat, and I strongly advise anyone against staying here.

Absolutely fantastic apartment with a very clean and immaculate pool and grounds with true to life photos shown. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond, making a very special holiday. This was our 3rd year staying here and already booked for 2027. Very clean and welcoming. Great location within 5 minutes walk of the beach and fabulous restaurants and supermarkets.

We had a 4 night stay beginning of June 2026. We travelled as a couple, along with another couple. Had read reviews prior to our stay which were a little concerning. However, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were basic and clean, adequate for what we needed. The staff were always friendly. Rooms cleaned each day. Pool was lovely, Was nice and quiet sitting round the pool late afternoon. Apartments a very short walk to the beach front and bars/restaurants.

Staff unfriendly and grumpy. Hotel rooms very dated. Shower gets you wet but isn’t nice to use. 2 days of power cuts from 4-630 pm so no air con or water (as generated by power) available. No apology or empathy. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Dull rooms. Positive- good location. Swimming pool area pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

We stayed at the Annaliza apartments for a wedding renewal. Our family all stayed here too. Our initial impression was late at night and we were greeted by a stern gentleman who took our city tax and air conditioning charge (€7 per day). Our room seemed basic but we were very tired and went to sleep. On waking I realised that only one room had air conditioning. This meant I had to share the same room as my 17 year old son. I realised on waking our kettle didn’t work. I went to reception to report this and was handed another. This didn’t work either. Thankfully a third did!! There was no tea, coffee facilities or milk. There was a fridge of decent size. The crockery was sparse for a self catering basis. On our third day the water went off and returned as sludge until it ran clear later. Our kitchen tap popped off and had to be screwed back on. As with ALL OF GREECE the toilet tissue MUST be put in a bin. I was surprised most travellers to Corfu were not aware of this. Sadly, the bins were not emptied a lot. I would recommend taking dog bags to out the tissue in to avoid the smells. Our bed wasn’t changed the whole of our break. The towels were not washed. I found this offensive. I had a day at the beach but even after showering before bed I found the sheets grainy. This persisted as they were not changed. As you can see in the pictures: squashed mosquitos on the walls not cleaned, long hairs all over the bathroom, thick dust on the hairdryer. Overall, very dirty! The bed and breakfast option (breakfast included) was subject to a limited menu and not a buffet style. This was tasty and satisfying. The pool was exceptionally clean but no inflatables and splashing allowed. There were a few loungers that we used for sunbathing each day. The bar is extensive and food was served all day. This was reasonably priced. Card is available for payments. The locations is great and only a 5 minute walk to the main strip. The road is a little frightening as the cars do get close to you as there is no real path. The beach is shingle but very pretty with an inflatable attraction which is great for older children. I would only recommend a stay at Annaliza if you are on a budget and only plan your bed as a base.
