The hotel is great, the food is very good and the team here are all very friendly and welcoming. The entertainment is great also! Just a great all inclusive with everything you need and want from an adult only hotel. I must highlight the Aegeo Spa and the team there are amazing. Very friendly and I was made to feel very comfortable. Even days after my treatment one of the team asked how my experience was. The treatment by Marileta was fantastic! She was engaging and made sure to check in on me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable. her massage technique was perfect for a deep tissue. Denise on the bar at the top pool is so friendly and fun to talk to. She has been so welcoming and making an effort to get to know us and ask about our stay and making sure it’s been a good experience. It absolutely has been! Highly recommend this hotel and especially the spa and top pool!

Overall quality of the food was very poor (e.g. cold pulled pork, and cold hot dog was served). Description of some of the food was not as advertised (e.g. crispy green vegetables with a feta foam was actually stewed spicy vegetables with no feta foam). We heard that one of the guests had been ill with food poisoning. All of the guest we spoke to were unhappy with the food. Very disappointing for an all inclusive hotel. Some of the male staff were rude and unfriendly. We will not be back.

Booked through British Airways. OMG do not come here. Hotel is very tired, some areas dirty - found hair clippings on the shelf under the sink. The room is TINY and very basic despite us upgrading. The main restaurant is like a school canteen. My Wife was told by staff right in her face that she could not help myself to hot food, all had to be ordered on the app (hangover from COVID?). Can’t get bottled water except for two put in your fridge. Serving staff are often sullen. Full of 18 / 30 year olds (I get that is our problem) but as a result notices everywhere can not order more than two drinks at a time and after midnight have to pay for drinks despite being all inclusive. To be frank we are not going to order more than 2 drinks and unlikely after 12 but it just seems restrictive for an all inclusive. We came yesterday and are moving to another hotel, CC refusing to offer any refund despite us only being here for two nights and booked for fourteen. To be fair they did offer a room upgrade free of charge to a swim up room, but apart from swim up area room the same size. State they have done nothing wrong, and I get that but would have thought they have offered something. BA also tried on our behalf but no joy and stated they were surprised that nothing was offered. Would not rate it as a 5 star based on the room, food quality and service. Can see how it would be appealing for younger holiday makers. There seem to be plenty of sun beds and the quiet pool area was pleasant. It has made us realise how good value Turkey is having holidayed there for the last 3 years. Similar price, far better rooms food and far superior service.

We had with my husband a lovely experience at the spa we had massage and facial that it was amazing and very relaxing!! Our therapists Marileta and Popi was very professional and very kind with us! I definitely recommend it.

Great hotel to spend a few days with my best friend. Really good vibe and mix of ages. The spa was really lovely and we had great massages from Dimitris & Popi. It really added to the whole experience of staying there.
