Corfu Imperial - A Grecotel Resort to Live at Kommeno Peninsula

An Unforgettable Experience at Corfu Imperial We stayed at the Imperial Corfu in May, and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is truly a five-star accommodation, with beautiful décor throughout. The gardens, pool area, and decking are all lovely and create a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special mention goes to the lovely girl at reception, Marilena. She was absolutely wonderful — she remembers guests and asks thoughtful questions that make you feel truly special and valued. That is such a unique quality and really made a difference to our stay. The staff at the bar and restaurants were equally lovely, although unfortunately I do not remember everyone’s names. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. The hotel also made a special effort for Mother’s Day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The ladies were presented with flowers, and in the evening there was an outdoor screening of Mamma Mia! by the rocks and the sea. The ambiance was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable. A hotel is a hotel, but it is the team that makes it truly special. The Corfu Imperial team does exactly that. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests turn a beautiful hotel into a memorable experience. They made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay, and that is what makes this hotel so special. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

What a beautiful hotel in such an idyllic location! We had a glorious week here and look forward to returning. It seems almost de rigeur that we comment on the staff, but from the moment we were welcomed as we stepped out of the taxi, to the moment we left, again accompanied by well-wishing staff, we were uniformly impressed. They were not only professional, knowledgeable and efficient, but it was evident that they really enjoyed interaction with the guests and they played a very significant part in making our holiday so enjoyable.

Fourth visit to Corfu Imperial and as ever it was superb. We had a Panoramic Sea View Guestroom again (Room 417) and half board package. As before the room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. Large flat screen TV, fridge, safe, tea and coffee facilities and a large walk in shower. There is also a hairdryer in the room and air conditioning. The room was clean and well-maintained. New welcome addition this time around was an iron and ironing board. Wifi throughout the hotel and also to the pool. There is musical entertainment in the bar most nights. We only ate in the buffet (Mon Repos) for dinner during the 4 nights we were there but as ever the quality was excellent and every item was in abundant supply. The hotel is superb and the staff are truly wonderful. Everyone we interacted with from front desk to bar staff to waiting staff and cleaners etc were so friendly and helpful. Everyone at the Corfu Imperial wants to ensure you have the best stay possible.

The customer service was great and it is a very relaxed atmosphere and they never made us feel rushed or in a hurry. We were there during the slow season so it was like having a private hotel. Being able to enjoy the pool OR the multiple areas to get into the ocean was great. The main area of the hotel is full of windows am the view is constantly amazing and there are so many little areas (both private and secluded to sit and enjoy. The food at breakfast was great.
