Our stay at this beautiful hotel was truly unforgettable. We loved everything from the stunning beach and delicious food to the incredibly warm and welcoming staff. Waking up to the magnificent view from our room and pool was an absolute highlight, while all the thoughtful surprises throughout our stay made the experience even more special. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Christina from Guest Relations. Her warmth, kindness, and attentive care brought so much comfort and joy to our holiday. She looked after us with such genuine thoughtfulness — always present when we needed her, yet never intrusive. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay. As an expecting mother, this level of kindness and thoughtful attention meant even more to me. Feeling comfortable, looked after, and genuinely welcomed made our stay particularly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience, and especially to Christina for making our holiday feel that much more special. We absolutely loved our stay and would be delighted to come back with our baby.

Surprised at so many 5 star reviews. Stayed 3 nights after a cruise and the difference in customer service from the ship to this hotel was poles apart. The only polite staff member we encountered was the suitcase guy everyone else looked totally fed up to be there. Poor to non existent service from the staff at beach bar and the buffet. Ordered water twice but never arrived and don’t even mention the shocking prices for a drink. Room ok nothing special at all and the beach is not private to the hotel as mentioned. Management should go on a cruise with MARELLA to see how customer service should be. Would definitely not return and would not recommend as the service in no way matches the star rating of this hotel. Location beautiful but that’s about it.

So it’s transfer by small minibus and only a few stops so that gives the holiday a great start Check in is great happens whilst your seated and luggage is taken to your room WiFi is very good even works on the beach Rooms are clean and well maintained with everything we needed and very nice tolletries Beach is good with loungers and didn’t have any problems with loungers either on the beach or pool area Breakfast and evening meal we used only the main buffet area and the food and selection was great. I’m vegan and never struggled and clear labelling . When unsure they fetched the chef for clarity . They won me over by having vegan cake at breakfast albeit fruit only in the evening The location is literally the hotel a few tavernas and some apartments so if you like a stroll round shops etc not here I’m afraid but I liked that We caught the public bus just outside the hotel to Corfu town (€2.40 each way) which was a nice day Didn’t see much of entertainment at night as went to a taverna for a pint If I had to moan the spa isn’t free for anything other than gym and the beer is served out of short plastic glasses The staff are all attentive and an excellent waitress in restaurant with blonde hair who even gave us a wave as our transfer coach passed her There are resident cats too who are more than friendly So excellent hotel and resort and def return in future

The beach is the best part of this hotel. The hotel is also attractive and rooms are nice, although the bathrooms are tiny (one in one out!). Breakfast is great and the dinner buffet is also great, which is the main reason not to book the haute living selection. The two other restaurants, Meze and the Asian restaurant are below average. If you book the Dine around hate living option, you get to dine at a Meze twine and the Asian restaurant once, if you book a seven night stay. We went to Meze once and cancelled the second booking as it was not great. We went to the Asian reactant and walked out after reading the menu and before ordering. If you don’t like basic sushi there are only three options that don’t involve additional cost. We decided the food at the buffet was so much better and more choice the other restaurants are not worth it in our opinion. So my top tip is, don’t book the haute living dine around option, it’s not worth the extra cost. Yes you do get access to a lounge that has a few bottles of wine and a few beers, but you have to drink them in there and ultimately not worth the significant extra charge. The grounds are lovely, the beach bar serves some good cocktails. There’s a restaurant for lunch which we went to once. We waited 45 minutes for our food and then cancelled the order after the people on the table next to us said they had waited over an hour and also cancelled their order. We didn’t go back! We are leaving tomorrow on BA, like a lot of Brits. Our flight is at 23.35 and the latest they offer you a shower room is 17.00 so you have to sit around for 2.5 hours afterwards before your transfer rather than enjoying the beach or pool. So summary is DON’T BOOK HAUTE LIVING option.
