After booking this hotel, we made the mistake of reading the reviews and became quite worried about what we’d booked. We even considered changing hotels. Thankfully, we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, and we’re so glad we did because we had an amazing holiday. From our experience, it’s clear that the hotel has listened to previous feedback and made real improvements. It was obvious that they have worked hard to address the issues that had been mentioned in older reviews. We stayed in a room above the pool bar, and it was spotless. It was cleaned to a high standard every day, and we couldn’t fault it. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, Leo and Maureen. They were fantastic—friendly, engaging, and full of energy. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and evening to make sure guests of all ages were having a great time. The only minor downside was that, every now and then, there was a slight smell from the shower drains. However, having stayed on several Greek islands before, we’ve experienced this elsewhere too, so it was definitely something we could see past. If you’re hesitant because of older reviews, I’d encourage you to give this hotel a chance. The management and staff are clearly committed to listening to feedback, making improvements, and providing guests with the best holiday possible. We’re really pleased we stayed here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive attitude created an inviting atmosphere from morning until evening. Special recognition goes to Leo and Maureen. Maureen's yoga and stretching sessions were exceptionally well organised and provided a relaxing start to each day. Leo brought remarkable energy to the resort through his engaging conversations with guests and his ability to make everyone feel welcome and included. The evening entertainment was consistently enjoyable, demonstrating creativity, preparation, and excellent teamwork. It is clear that the entertainment staff invest significant effort into delivering high-quality experiences for their guests. Their contribution added genuine value to our stay.

The entertainment team deserves so much credit for creating such a fun atmosphere throughout our stay. Maureen's yoga and Pilates classes were fantastic. She made every session enjoyable, whether you were a beginner or already experienced. It was the perfect way to start each morning. Leo brings incredible energy wherever he goes. He's always interacting with guests, making conversations feel natural, encouraging people to join activities, and keeping everyone smiling. His enthusiasm never seems to run out! The evening entertainment was another big plus. The performances were lively, professional, and full of energy. It's clear that the animation team genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. A big thank you to everyone—especially Leo and Maureen—for making our holiday so enjoyable. We'd happily come back again!

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, and we couldn't have asked for a better holiday! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and there was a great variety of delicious food and drinks every day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment team especially a lady by the name of Maureen. They were incredibly friendly, full of energy, and worked so hard to make every day fun and memorable. They encouraged everyone to join in the activities without ever being pushy, and the evening shows were always entertaining. Their enthusiasm and positivity really made our holiday extra special. A big thank you to the entire hotel staff for their excellent service and hospitality. We left with amazing memories and can't wait to come back. We would highly recommend this hotel to couples, families, and anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable holiday!
