Future travelers should be aware that the marketing of this property as a standard holiday complex is highly misleading. It functions more like a small town, sharing space heavily with its sister property. The terrain is exceptionally steep, and navigating the resort requires walking up severe, exhausting inclines with no consistent buggy assistance (not great with a wheelchair user). The pool hygiene was a major concern during our stay, with visible debris and inadequate filtration making the water unappealing. We didn't see our shared pool, or the resort pools, cleaned. The food options were consistently poor in variety and quality. The all-inclusive drink selection was a massive disappointment; the beverages were excessively carbonated, poorly mixed, and lacked standard and flavour. Think soda stream, then make it worse! We met lots of couples during our stay, all of which were moved rooms as soon as they saw what they were meant to stay in. We paid for a maisonette with a private pool. Said maisonettes are built into the forest and experience zero sun all day! We downgraded to ensure sun! And I dhould mention, my disabled/blind daughter and my son (both adults) were with us on this holiday in a different room. Nowhere in the advertising, via jet2, does it tell you that single beds are not available on the resort. My son spent a week on the floor, on sofa cushions as opposed to sharing a double bed with his sister 😳 Yes, the management offered us a third room at no cost (only because we downgraded from our maisonette), but my daughter is blind, in a space she doesn't know! She needed her brother, just not in the same bed! This resort also enforces an unadvertised charge for bottled water. My husband and I do not drink alcohol when our daughter is with us. For our first 3 nights, ordering a bottle of still water was no issue. On night 4, we were told each bottle would cost us €6!! I was gobsmacked. Seeing people ordering 4 cocktails per order was fine, but we were charged for water!! Needless to say we didn't pay for the water. My husband spoke to the manager and it was put on the "system" to not charge us. We soon discovered the same thing, and outcome, happened to several couples. Jet2 recommended this place to us, as a hotel that caters for disabled travellers. In all honesty, I have to say this; with or without my daughter, I wouldn't go back fir even one night if it was free!! In all fairness, I'm more than happy to mention the a la carte restaurant that is next to the entertainment bar. The food is fantastic!

Our second time here and just as good as the first time. Excellent resort, excellent staff and excellent restaurants. Zoe’s restaurant is fantastic, Maria was really helpful. The rooms are kept really clean, the pools are great. Definitely our go to get away.
Me and my partner experienced excellent customer service from Persha in the buffet restaurant, Danny at the Italian pool bar is so lovely and attentive and Maria from the buffet restaurant is so friendly and welcoming !
